基于核心素養(yǎng)的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)有效教學(xué)研究

2017年頒布的《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》提出了英語(yǔ)課程目標(biāo)為發(fā)展學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng),即培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展學(xué)生具備語(yǔ)言能力、文化意識(shí)、思維品質(zhì)、學(xué)習(xí)能力的素養(yǎng),這也是英語(yǔ)各學(xué)段的課程目標(biāo)。小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂上教師不僅引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力,還要幫助學(xué)生了解文化知識(shí),發(fā)展思維能力,即通過英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)形成積極的情感、態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀,具備必備的品格和關(guān)鍵能力,通過課堂科學(xué)育人實(shí)現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。因此,教師需要從觀念上樹立培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的意識(shí),圍繞提升學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),并在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行有效教學(xué)組織,以此提高教學(xué)效率。有效教學(xué)是教師在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,采用各種方式和手段,用最少的時(shí)間、最小的精力投入,取得盡可能多的教學(xué)效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)特定的教學(xué)目標(biāo),成功引起、維持和促進(jìn)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),相對(duì)有效地達(dá)到了預(yù)期教學(xué)效果的教學(xué)。有效的班級(jí)管理、良好的課堂氛圍、清晰授課、多樣化教學(xué)、任務(wù)導(dǎo)向、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生投入學(xué)習(xí)過程、確保學(xué)生成功率是有效的課堂教學(xué)行為。在英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)指引下,小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師需要改變教學(xué)理念,調(diào)整教學(xué)方式,進(jìn)行有效的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。當(dāng)前小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中仍然存在低效或無(wú)效的教學(xué)行為,如課堂活...
