【摘要】：知識(shí)權(quán)力對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力和持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的形成具有重要作用,不過(guò)以往學(xué)者們主要關(guān)注了成熟企業(yè),相關(guān)理論研究難以為新創(chuàng)企業(yè)指明知識(shí)權(quán)力的提升路徑。鑒于新創(chuàng)企業(yè)與成熟企業(yè)在知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)地位等方面存在較大差距,本文以知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入為邏輯起點(diǎn),遵循"能力—地位—權(quán)力"的邏輯思路,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系與網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)層面,提出"聯(lián)盟能力—網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置躍遷—知識(shí)權(quán)力"的分析框架,并基于177個(gè)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究表明:網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介性的提高在聯(lián)盟開(kāi)發(fā)能力對(duì)知識(shí)權(quán)力的影響中起到部分中介作用,在聯(lián)盟管理能力對(duì)知識(shí)權(quán)力的影響中起到完全中介作用,但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性的提高并沒(méi)有起到顯著的中介作用。因此對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),增強(qiáng)知識(shí)權(quán)力的行動(dòng)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該是培育聯(lián)盟能力,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介性。
[Abstract]:Knowledge power plays an important role in the formation of enterprise innovation ability and sustainable competitive advantage, but in the past scholars mainly focused on mature enterprises. The related theoretical research is difficult to point out the path of knowledge power promotion for the new enterprise. In view of the gap between the new enterprise and the mature enterprise in the knowledge base, network status and so on. This paper takes the knowledge network embedding as the logical starting point, follows the logical thinking of "ability, status and power", and combines the network relationship and network structure. The analytical framework of "alliance capability-network location transition-knowledge power" is put forward. The research shows that the improvement of network intermediation plays an intermediary role in the influence of alliance development ability on knowledge power. In the alliance management ability to the knowledge power influence has the complete intermediary function, but the network centrality enhancement has not played the remarkable intermediary function. Therefore, for the new enterprise. The focus of action to strengthen knowledge power should be to cultivate alliance ability and improve network intermediation.
