腫瘤血管靶向肽GX1的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】：環(huán)形七肽GX1(CGNSNPKSC)作為一種新型抗腫瘤藥物修飾肽,具有腫瘤血管特異靶向性,而其修飾的腫瘤血管靶向藥物與傳統(tǒng)抗腫瘤藥物相比,克服了易產(chǎn)生耐藥性的缺點(diǎn)、提高了整個藥物的靶向性、增加了腫瘤細(xì)胞生長抑制率且毒副作用小。本文從GX1的受體鑒定、靶向性、GX1修飾的藥物載體3個方面對GX1進(jìn)行闡述,為腫瘤血管靶向治療提供一種新思路。
[Abstract]:CGNSNPKSC, as a novel antitumor drug modified peptide, has the ability to target tumor vessels. Compared with the traditional antitumor drugs, the modified GX1 can overcome the disadvantages of drug resistance. It improved the targeting of the whole drug, increased the growth inhibition rate of tumor cells and had little side effects. In this paper, GX1 is described from three aspects: the identification of GX1 receptor and the drug carrier modified by GX1, which provides a new idea for vascular targeting therapy of tumor.
