文本類型理論指導(dǎo)下《食品工業(yè)》(第10,12章)英漢翻譯報告

本文是一篇基于2013出版的《食品工業(yè)》一書的英漢翻譯報告,翻譯項目原文選自該書的第十章和十二章。由Innocenzo Muzzalupo編著的《食品工業(yè)》全面地介紹了食品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中食品類型、食品質(zhì)量、食品安全、食品生產(chǎn)、食品工業(yè)產(chǎn)品管理等食品鏈中各個方面的內(nèi)容,對相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究學(xué)者和食品生產(chǎn)商而言,是一本詳細的參考指南。該書第十章和十二章主要介紹了轉(zhuǎn)基因食品和自制食品的微生物污染等食品安全相關(guān)內(nèi)容。在翻譯過程中,本文以文本類型理論為指導(dǎo),解決英漢翻譯過程中出現(xiàn)的困難和問題。運用零譯法、意譯法、轉(zhuǎn)譯法、分譯法、增譯法、重復(fù)法等翻譯方法,達到忠實地傳遞原文信息,使譯文符合表達習(xí)慣的目的。本翻譯實踐報告共分為五個部分。第一部分對翻譯任務(wù)進行總述,包括翻譯任務(wù)的背景、意義以及翻譯報告的框架等。第二部分對翻譯過程進行描述,介紹了譯前、譯中和譯后三個階段的工作。第三部分對賴斯的文本類型理論做簡要介紹,并分析了該理論的適用性。第四部分從詞匯、句法和篇章層面進行案例分析,看在文本類型理論的指導(dǎo)下,如何運用各種翻譯手段來解決翻譯過程中的問題。第五部分對總結(jié)了翻譯實踐過程中的經(jīng)驗和不足,并提出改善建議。報告認...
