高模量瀝青混合料專用硬質(zhì)瀝青的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:由于瀝青膠結(jié)料屬于黏彈性材料,在高溫與行車剪應(yīng)力的共同作用下,不可避免的要發(fā)生黏性流動(dòng),產(chǎn)生永久性變形,進(jìn)而形成車轍。國(guó)內(nèi)外道路瀝青工作者為解決車轍問題進(jìn)行了大量的研究工作,但大多是從瀝青混合料級(jí)配著手。如何從瀝青膠結(jié)料入手,通過改善其塑性性質(zhì),提高瀝青混合料的整體模量而減少車轍顯得尤為重要。 目前,國(guó)內(nèi)還沒有高模量瀝青混合料專用硬質(zhì)瀝青的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通常將滿足GB/T15180-2000和JTG F40-2004中50號(hào)和30號(hào)的低標(biāo)號(hào)道路瀝青稱為硬質(zhì)瀝青。但是50號(hào)和30號(hào)低標(biāo)號(hào)道路瀝青的針入度指標(biāo)并不滿足歐州標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN13924的要求,而且應(yīng)用于高模量瀝青混合料AC EME中,難以滿足NF EN13108-1對(duì)復(fù)數(shù)模量≥14000MPa的技術(shù)要求。因此,,50號(hào)和30號(hào)低標(biāo)號(hào)道路瀝青只屬于普通的道路瀝青范疇,不能稱之為硬質(zhì)瀝青,而嚴(yán)格意義上的硬質(zhì)瀝青是指符合歐州標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN-13924,針入度為15-251/10mm或10-201/10mm的兩種牌號(hào)的瀝青,主要應(yīng)用于高模量瀝青混合料AC EME中。它對(duì)中溫延度和蠟含量沒有技術(shù)要求,但對(duì)老化后軟化點(diǎn)變化、135℃黏度及脆點(diǎn)等都有嚴(yán)格的技術(shù)要求。 基于原油性質(zhì)、加工工藝對(duì)硬質(zhì)瀝青的高低溫性能影響較大,而且國(guó)內(nèi)目前也沒有統(tǒng)一的硬質(zhì)瀝青技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為應(yīng)用單位在選擇硬質(zhì)瀝青品種時(shí)提供可參考的理論依據(jù)。本文將對(duì)硬質(zhì)瀝青生產(chǎn)原料選取、加工工藝評(píng)選進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,并對(duì)高模量瀝青混合料路用性能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)評(píng)價(jià)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:克拉瑪依石化公司丙烷脫瀝青工藝生產(chǎn)的硬質(zhì)瀝青具有優(yōu)良的水穩(wěn)定性能、高溫穩(wěn)定性能和高模量性能,具有優(yōu)良的應(yīng)用前景。 通過本研究,對(duì)高模量瀝青混合料技術(shù)及其專用硬質(zhì)瀝青有了新的認(rèn)識(shí),為高模量瀝青混合料專用硬質(zhì)瀝青的推廣與應(yīng)用提供了試驗(yàn)依據(jù),同時(shí)也為高等級(jí)公路瀝青路面建設(shè)工程提供了一種新的解決路面車轍的思路和方法。

Road asphalt workers at home and abroad have done a lot of research to solve the rutting problem, but mostly from the asphalt mixture gradation. It is very important to improve the plastic properties of asphalt binder and reduce the rutting of asphalt mixture by improving the overall modulus of asphalt mixture. At present, there is no technical standard of hard asphalt for high modulus asphalt mixture in our country.
