斜梁橋體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固理論與方法研究

【摘要】:隨著運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間的推移以及交通量的增加,許多斜梁橋出現(xiàn)了不同程度的開(kāi)裂和橋面系的損壞。本文針對(duì)斜梁橋損傷加固的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)分析斜梁橋(尤其是邊梁)的受力規(guī)律,提出了斜梁橋的體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固設(shè)計(jì)方法。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1.以國(guó)內(nèi)外斜梁橋和體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固理論與研究成果歸納分析為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)比較體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固方法在正交和斜交梁橋的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了斜梁橋體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)、目的和意義,以及預(yù)應(yīng)力束的布置原則、要點(diǎn)和布置方式。 2.根據(jù)斜梁橋設(shè)計(jì)理論,通過(guò)斜梁橋的基本構(gòu)造、受力特點(diǎn)以及斜梁橋受力影響因素分析,推薦了適合于斜梁橋加固力學(xué)性能分析的理論與方法。 3.以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖30m跨徑預(yù)應(yīng)力簡(jiǎn)支梁橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,通過(guò)建立斜梁橋參數(shù)模型,分析斜梁橋參數(shù)變化時(shí)的彎矩分布及變化規(guī)律,,提出了斜梁橋受力性能參數(shù)分析方法。 4.基于斜梁橋受力特點(diǎn)及體外預(yù)應(yīng)力束布置原則,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析斜梁橋參數(shù)變化時(shí)鈍角和銳角方向的彎矩差值百分比,構(gòu)建了以體外束水平直線(xiàn)段為設(shè)計(jì)要素(包括水平段的位置和長(zhǎng)度)的斜梁橋體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固設(shè)計(jì)方法,給出了適用范圍,并分析了體外束直線(xiàn)段偏移量的影響因素。 5.基于本文提出的斜梁橋體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)斜交角60°、寬跨比0.4的斜梁橋加固前后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)驗(yàn)算結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了本文方法的可行性及合理性。
[Abstract]:With the passage of operation time and the increase of traffic volume, many oblique girder bridges have been cracked and damaged to varying degrees. According to the present situation of damage strengthening of oblique beam bridge, this paper puts forward the design method of external prestressing reinforcement of oblique beam bridge by analyzing the force law of oblique beam bridge (especially the side beam). The main contents are as follows: 1. Based on the induction and analysis of the theory and research results of oblique beam bridge and external prestressed reinforcement at home and abroad, the characteristics of external prestressing reinforcement design of oblique beam bridge are clarified by comparing the application status of external prestressing reinforcement method in orthogonal and skew beam bridges. Purpose and significance, as well as the prestressing beam layout principle, key points and layout mode. 2. According to the design theory of skew beam bridge, through the analysis of the basic structure, the characteristics of the force and the factors affecting the force of the inclined beam bridge, the theory and method suitable for the analysis of the mechanical properties of the skew beam bridge are recommended. 3. Taking 30m span prestressed simply supported beam bridge as the research object, this paper analyzes the distribution and variation law of bending moment when the parameter of skew beam bridge changes by establishing the parameter model of skew beam bridge, and puts forward the analysis method of force performance parameters of skew beam bridge. 4. Based on the stress characteristics of oblique beam bridge and the principle of external prestress bundle arrangement, the percentage of moment difference between the obtuse angle and the acute angle is analyzed by comparing the parameters of the oblique beam bridge. The design method of external prestressing reinforcement of oblique beam bridge with horizontal straight line segment of external beam (including the position and length of horizontal section) is constructed, and the applicable range is given, and the factors influencing the deviation of line segment of external beam are analyzed. 5. Based on the external prestressing reinforcement design method of oblique beam bridge proposed in this paper, the feasibility and rationality of this method are verified by comparing and analyzing the results of each index before and after reinforcement of oblique beam bridge with oblique angle of 60 擄and width to span ratio of 0.4.
