【摘要】：我國典當業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史十分悠久,最早的記載見于漢朝,至今已有1800多年。因此,典當業(yè)又被人們親切的稱為“現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)鼻祖”。典當業(yè)作為一種輔助性融資手段,因其具有“業(yè)務品種多、辦理速度快、金額及期限靈活”的優(yōu)勢,獲得廣大客戶的歡迎。目前,隨著國內經濟的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的中小微企業(yè)及個體工商戶急需獲得便捷、快速的融資。典當業(yè)的發(fā)展前景可謂十分廣闊。但與此同時,由于行業(yè)發(fā)展定位、政策法規(guī)制約、其他金融機構日益激烈的競爭等因素,典當業(yè)目前仍處于夾縫中求生存的不利地位。因此,典當企業(yè)就應積極面對競爭挑戰(zhàn),切實做好全面環(huán)境分析、制定企業(yè)發(fā)展目標、做出適合戰(zhàn)略選擇的工作,只有這樣典當企業(yè)才能充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,獲得健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。本文以泉州市MQ實業(yè)典當有限公司為研究對象,以公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇為研究主題,運用文獻研究、個案分析、歸納調查等方法,結合典當業(yè)及戰(zhàn)略管理兩方面相關理論知識,探索、發(fā)現(xiàn)存在于該公司經營發(fā)展過程中所產生的的各種內部問題,并充分運用PEST、五力模型及SWOT這幾種分析工具,對公司內部資源能力及外部客觀環(huán)境進行全面分析。然后通過SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析矩陣,對該公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇提供參考方案。最后提出了該公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施的策略保障。
[Abstract]:The history of pawnbroking in China is very long, the earliest recorded in the Han Dynasty, has been more than 1800 years. Therefore, pawnbroking is affectionately called "the ancestor of modern finance". Pawnbroker, as a kind of auxiliary financing means, is welcomed by customers because of its advantages of "many kinds of business, fast processing speed, flexible amount and time limit". At present, with the continuous development of domestic economy, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households are in urgent need of convenient and rapid financing. The prospect of pawnbroking is very broad. But at the same time, because of the development orientation of industry, the restriction of policies and regulations, and the increasingly fierce competition of other financial institutions, pawnshop is still in the disadvantage of survival in the gap. Therefore, pawn enterprises should actively face the challenge of competition, do a good job of overall environmental analysis, formulate enterprise development goals and make suitable work for strategic choice. Only in this way can pawn enterprises give full play to their advantages and obtain healthy and stable development. This article takes Quanzhou MQ Industry pawn Co., Ltd as the research object, takes the company development strategy choice as the research topic, uses the literature research, the case analysis, the induction investigation and so on, unifies the pawnbroker and the strategic management two related theories knowledge. This paper explores and finds out all kinds of internal problems existing in the course of the company's operation and development, and makes full use of the tools of pest, five-force model and SWOT to make a comprehensive analysis of the internal resource ability and external objective environment of the company. Then through the SWOT strategic analysis matrix, to the company development strategy choice provides the reference plan. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategic guarantee for the implementation of the company's development strategy.
