創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會資本、人力資本及心理資本對其創(chuàng)新績效的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的頒布,社會上涌現(xiàn)出了各種各樣豐富多彩的創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,這不但可以大大改善就業(yè)局面,促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,而且在一定程度上踐行了和諧社會的發(fā)展理念,維護(hù)了社會的穩(wěn)定。但是,現(xiàn)實卻告訴我們,只有極少數(shù)的創(chuàng)業(yè)者可以依靠自身綜合素質(zhì)來提升其創(chuàng)新績效,反之,大多數(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)者則因績效平平,甚至出現(xiàn)入不敷出的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致被市場所淘汰。因此,未來中國在創(chuàng)業(yè)的道路上,該如何有效協(xié)調(diào)創(chuàng)業(yè)者與其創(chuàng)新績效之間的關(guān)系,使企業(yè)走過初創(chuàng)期,進(jìn)而獲得長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,則顯得迫在眉睫。本文以中國這一大社會環(huán)境作為研究背景,將創(chuàng)業(yè)者作為切入點,研究創(chuàng)業(yè)者的自身綜合素質(zhì),包括創(chuàng)業(yè)者的社會資本、人力資本及心理資本,探討其共同作用下對其創(chuàng)新績效的影響因素。本文首先從理論與現(xiàn)實兩個角度闡述了研究目的及意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)政策帶動創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展、高創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情與低創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率之間的矛盾、創(chuàng)業(yè)者資本在其創(chuàng)新績效中發(fā)揮決定性作用三個方面的研究背景分析之后,對創(chuàng)業(yè)者、社會資本、人力資本、心理資本、創(chuàng)新績效內(nèi)涵以及各自相關(guān)測量維度和兩兩之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)梳理,將創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會資本劃分為三個維度:結(jié)構(gòu)維度、關(guān)系維度和認(rèn)知維度;創(chuàng)業(yè)者人力資本劃分為兩個維度:顯性維度和隱性維度;創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理資本劃分為四個維度:自我效能感維度、希望維度、樂觀維度、韌性維度,根據(jù)此分類,設(shè)計了相關(guān)調(diào)查問卷,然后在SPSS分析軟件的運(yùn)行下,對回收的有效問卷進(jìn)行了信度分析、效度分析、因子分析、相關(guān)性分析和多元回歸性分析;接著,在此分析基礎(chǔ)上驗證了創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會資本、人力資本及心理資本對其創(chuàng)新績效的影響模型,最后得出了研究結(jié)論,并總結(jié)了研究不足以及對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet industry and the promulgation of related economic policies, a variety of diversified entrepreneurial activities have emerged in the society, which can not only greatly improve the employment situation, but also promote the rapid development of the local economy. But the reality tells us that only a few entrepreneurs can rely on their own comprehensive quality to improve their innovative performance. Most entrepreneurs are eliminated by the market because their performance is mediocre and even their income is beyond their means. Therefore, how to effectively coordinate the relationship between entrepreneurs and their innovative performance on the way of entrepreneurship in China in the future? It is urgent to make the enterprise go through the initial period and then obtain the long-term development. This paper takes the great social environment of China as the research background, regards the entrepreneur as the starting point, studies the entrepreneur's own comprehensive quality, It includes the social capital, human capital and psychological capital of the entrepreneur, and discusses the factors that affect the innovation performance of the entrepreneur. Firstly, this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research from the two angles of theory and reality, on the basis of which, After analyzing the contradiction between high entrepreneurial enthusiasm and low success rate of entrepreneurship, the background analysis of the three aspects of entrepreneur's capital playing a decisive role in its innovation performance, the author analyzes the relationship between the Internet industry and economic policies, and analyzes the relationship between the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and the success rate of entrepreneurship. Social capital, human capital, psychological capital, the connotation of innovation performance and the relationship between social capital, social capital and social capital are divided into three dimensions: structural dimension. Relationship dimension and cognitive dimension; entrepreneur human capital is divided into two dimensions: dominant dimension and recessive dimension; entrepreneur psychological capital is divided into four dimensions: self-efficacy dimension, hope dimension, optimistic dimension, resilience dimension. According to this classification, the related questionnaires are designed, and then the valid questionnaires are analyzed by reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis under the operation of SPSS analysis software. On the basis of this analysis, this paper verifies the impact model of entrepreneur's social capital, human capital and psychological capital on its innovation performance, finally draws the conclusion of the research, and summarizes the lack of research and prospects for the future.
