混合式學(xué)習(xí)在中師物理教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在網(wǎng)絡(luò)全球化的今天,中等師范學(xué)校為了培養(yǎng)符合社會(huì)需求的中小學(xué)教師,正進(jìn)行著一系列的改革。物理學(xué)是中師學(xué)生的必修課之一,直接與小學(xué)科學(xué)及初中物理銜接,其重要性不言而喻,但由于中師學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀和物理學(xué)科的特點(diǎn),中師物理教學(xué)的發(fā)展遇到了前所未有的困難。 在分析大量B-learning文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試將混合式學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于中師學(xué)科教學(xué)中,以解決目前中師教學(xué)中存在的問(wèn)題,并以中師物理教學(xué)為例進(jìn)行研究。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、觀察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)法及訪談法,并通過(guò)學(xué)生成績(jī)考核、說(shuō)課比賽、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方式進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最后得出混合式學(xué)習(xí)在中師物理教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的方式與方法,以期能在理論方面和實(shí)踐方面上為廣大一線教師提供一種有意義的參考。 從理論價(jià)值上來(lái)看,當(dāng)前對(duì)混合式學(xué)習(xí)的研究大多還集中在高校、遠(yuǎn)程教育及企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中,,主要是基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的研究。本研究將混合式學(xué)習(xí)理論滲透到中師物理教學(xué)中,結(jié)合中等師范學(xué)校學(xué)生和物理學(xué)科的特點(diǎn),以面對(duì)面的課堂教學(xué)為主,結(jié)合采用在線學(xué)習(xí)、實(shí)地學(xué)習(xí)等學(xué)習(xí)方式,相對(duì)集中地進(jìn)行實(shí)踐和探索研究,從而在一定程度上補(bǔ)充了混合式學(xué)習(xí)理論,豐富了混合式學(xué)習(xí)理論的內(nèi)涵。同時(shí),隨著中師所處環(huán)境及學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的變化,社會(huì)對(duì)物理教學(xué)提出了更高的要求,中師物理教學(xué)發(fā)展也遇到了瓶頸。因此本研究也為中師物理教學(xué)擺脫目前的困境提供了一種有效的方法,并給出了一定的理論依據(jù)。 從教學(xué)實(shí)踐上來(lái)看,本研究擴(kuò)展了混合式學(xué)習(xí)理論的應(yīng)用范圍,加大了實(shí)踐力度。首先,有助于改變目前中師物理教學(xué)所面臨的困難,可以讓廣大教師擺脫困擾、遠(yuǎn)離困境,讓學(xué)生真正的參與到學(xué)習(xí)中,從而提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性和積極性,培養(yǎng)探究精神,提高科學(xué)素養(yǎng)。其次,針對(duì)中等師范學(xué)校的特點(diǎn),本研究的具體操作模式的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施都有助于本學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)化的發(fā)展。教學(xué)實(shí)踐證明,將混合式學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用于中師物理教學(xué),能提高學(xué)生的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)技能,使他們具備一定的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)、教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)能力,從而更容易、更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)由學(xué)生到教師的轉(zhuǎn)變。再者,本研究為中師物理教師從事混合式學(xué)習(xí)研究提供了研究的案例,為他們的教學(xué)研究提供了一種參考。
[Abstract]:In today's network globalization, secondary normal schools are carrying out a series of reforms in order to train teachers who meet the needs of the society.Physics is one of the compulsory courses for students of secondary normal school. It is directly connected with primary school science and junior middle school physics. Its importance is self-evident. However, due to the present situation of students in secondary normal school and the characteristics of physics,The development of physics teaching in normal schools has encountered unprecedented difficulties.Based on the analysis of a large number of B-learning documents, this paper attempts to apply hybrid learning to the teaching of subjects in normal schools in order to solve the problems existing in the teaching of secondary normal schools at present, and take physics teaching in normal schools as an example.This research adopts literature research method, observation method, questionnaire survey method, contrast experiment method and interview method, and through the student achievement examination, class talk competition, questionnaire survey and so on the way to carry on the appraisal.Finally, the author draws a conclusion that hybrid learning can be used in physics teaching in normal schools, in order to provide a meaningful reference for teachers in theory and practice.In terms of theoretical value, most of the current researches on hybrid learning are still focused on universities, distance education and enterprise training, mainly based on network teaching.In this study, the mixed learning theory is infiltrated into physics teaching in normal schools, which combines the characteristics of students and physics subjects in secondary normal schools, mainly in face-to-face classroom teaching, and in combination with online learning, field learning and other learning methods.To a certain extent, it complements the theory of hybrid learning and enriches the connotation of the theory of hybrid learning.At the same time, with the change of the environment and the overall quality of the students, the society has put forward higher requirements for physics teaching, and the development of physics teaching in normal schools has also encountered a bottleneck.Therefore, this study also provides an effective method for physics teaching in normal schools to get rid of the current predicament, and gives a certain theoretical basis.From the perspective of teaching practice, this study expands the application range of hybrid learning theory and strengthens the practice.First of all, it is helpful to change the difficulties in physics teaching in normal schools at present, to get teachers out of trouble, to get away from difficulties, to let students really participate in learning, so as to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students in learning, and to cultivate the spirit of inquiry.Improve scientific literacy.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the secondary normal school, the design and implementation of the specific operation mode of this study are conducive to the development of the discipline specialization.Teaching practice has proved that applying hybrid learning to physics teaching in normal schools can improve students' modern educational technical skills and enable them to have certain professional knowledge, teaching concept and teaching ability of teachers, thus making it easier.Better realize the transformation from student to teacher.Furthermore, this study provides a case study for physics teachers in normal school and provides a reference for their teaching research.
