【摘要】：重視高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生成為適應(yīng)社會(huì)要求的全面發(fā)展人才，是當(dāng)前高校開展思想政治教育工作的一項(xiàng)重要課題，成為目前開展大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)工作的首要任務(wù)。 為了能全面了解和認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)狀況，本文把在校大學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象，通過問卷調(diào)查把握大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)狀況，并對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治特征進(jìn)行了概括。全面總結(jié)了新時(shí)期大學(xué)生行為及其思想深處存在的問題和困惑，并提出了相關(guān)的建議和對(duì)策。 本文包括五部分內(nèi)容。 第一部分為導(dǎo)論，，主要論述了選題的目的與研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的研究思路、研究方法。主要闡明當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的好壞直接關(guān)系到中國(guó)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展，對(duì)大學(xué)生自身成才有著重要的影響，新時(shí)期大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)任務(wù)顯得尤為重要。 第二部分對(duì)新時(shí)期大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵作出解讀。即對(duì)相關(guān)概念做出界定，提出本文高等院校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的涵義。 第三部分主要闡述當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的主流情況，根據(jù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行深刻的原因剖析，從不同角度進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。影響大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的因素是多方面的，本文主要從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校、自身培養(yǎng)意識(shí)缺乏等方面出發(fā)，進(jìn)行深刻探討，找出問題的根本所在。 第四部分針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的思想政治特征與存在的問題，本文進(jìn)行了對(duì)策研究，提出優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的主要方法和建議：充分實(shí)現(xiàn)高校的教育目標(biāo)，增強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治工作；社會(huì)、學(xué)校與家庭要協(xié)調(diào)配合，形成合力，共同創(chuàng)造有利于學(xué)生綜合發(fā)展的環(huán)境；不斷完善教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐，注重學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展；提高大學(xué)生自身道德修養(yǎng)，為提高大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)而努力。 第五部分是文章的總結(jié)部分。文章認(rèn)為進(jìn)一步提高大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)，始終是高校開展思想政治工作最重要、最艱巨的一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:To attach importance to the ideological and political quality of college students and to train them to be fully developed talents to meet the needs of the society is an important task for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education at present. It has become the first task to carry out the ideological and political quality work of college students. In order to fully understand and understand the current ideological and political quality of college students, this paper regards college students as the object of study, and holds the status of ideological and political quality of college students through questionnaires. This paper summarizes the ideological and political characteristics of college students, summarizes the behavior of college students in the new period and their problems and puzzles, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. This paper includes five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, and the research ideas of this paper. The main purpose of this paper is to clarify that the quality of college students' ideological and political quality is directly related to the development of China's socialist cause and has an important impact on college students' self-development. The task of cultivating the ideological and political quality of college students in the new period is particularly important. The second part interprets the connotation of the ideological and political quality of college students in the new period, that is, defines the related concepts and puts forward the meaning of the ideological and political quality of college students in this paper. The third part mainly expounds the mainstream situation of college students' ideological and political quality at present, analyzes the profound reasons according to the results, and makes statistical analysis from different angles. There are many factors that affect the ideological and political quality of college students. This article mainly from the society, the family, the school, the self-cultivation consciousness lacks, carries on the thorough discussion, finds out the root of the problem. In the fourth part, according to the current ideological and political characteristics of college students and the existing problems, this paper studies the countermeasures, and puts forward the main methods and suggestions to optimize the ideological and political quality of college students: to fully realize the educational objectives of colleges and universities. Strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students; coordinate society, schools and families to form a joint effort to create an environment conducive to the comprehensive development of students; constantly improve the construction of the contingent of teachers; and guide students to actively participate in social practice. Pay attention to the all-round development of students, improve the moral cultivation of college students, and strive to improve the ideological and political quality of college students. The fifth part is the summary of the article, which holds that further improving the ideological and political quality of college students is always the most important and arduous content of carrying out ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
