【摘要】：正勞動(dòng)時(shí)間數(shù)據(jù)作為最近兩次人口普查的新增數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)于把握我國(guó)勞動(dòng)就業(yè)基本情況、彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)的就業(yè)失業(yè)調(diào)查的不足具有十分重要的價(jià)值,也可以說(shuō)是目前表征我國(guó)勞動(dòng)者工作時(shí)間狀況的最權(quán)威、最準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)。這些數(shù)據(jù)在反映我國(guó)人力資源市場(chǎng)狀況和趨勢(shì)方面,有著其他數(shù)據(jù)不可替代的優(yōu)勢(shì)。分析第五次人口普查和第六次人口普查勞動(dòng)時(shí)間數(shù)據(jù),我們發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著勞動(dòng)法的進(jìn)一步貫徹實(shí)施、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和科技發(fā)展水平的提高,我國(guó)勞動(dòng)人口工作時(shí)間總體呈現(xiàn)縮短態(tài)勢(shì),
[Abstract]:As the newly added data of the last two censuses, the positive working time data is of great value to grasp the basic situation of labor and employment in our country and to make up for the deficiency of the traditional survey of employment unemployment. It can also be said that it is the most authoritative and accurate data that characterizes the working hours of Chinese workers at present. These data reflect the situation and trends of our country's human resources market. We find that with the further implementation of the labor law, the level of economic, social, and scientific and technological development has improved. The working hours of our country's working population generally show a trend of shortening.
