【摘要】：目的了解"十二五"時期上海市殘疾人輔助器具服務(wù)機構(gòu)人力配置的變化情況。方法自擬問卷于2010年和2014年分別對上海市區(qū)縣和街道殘疾人輔助器具機構(gòu)工作人員的年齡、學歷、專業(yè)和工作年限等情況進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 2010年和2014年比較,上海市區(qū)縣輔助器具服務(wù)機構(gòu)人力構(gòu)成僅工作年限存在非常顯著性差異(P0.01),街道輔助器具服務(wù)機構(gòu)人力構(gòu)成在年齡、學歷、專業(yè)、工作年限及專兼職情況等方面均有非常高度顯著性差異(χ2≥43.603,P0.001),中心城區(qū)與周邊城區(qū)各自人力構(gòu)成變化也有非常高度顯著性差異(χ2≥16.166,P0.001)。結(jié)論 "十二五"期間,上海市輔助器具服務(wù)人才隊伍建設(shè)取得一定成效,但仍需加強專業(yè)培訓,縮小結(jié)構(gòu)差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of manpower allocation of disabled assistive appliance service institutions in Shanghai during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Methods the age of the staff of Shanghai District County and Street disabled assistive Devices was investigated by self-designed questionnaire on 2010 and 2014, respectively. Educational background, major and working years were investigated. Results the results were compared on 2010 and 2014. There is a significant difference in the manpower composition of the auxiliary appliance service organization in Shanghai district and county only in the years of service (P 0.01), and the manpower composition of the auxiliary appliance service organization in the street is in the age, educational background, specialty, etc. There were very significant differences in years of work and part-time work (蠂 2 鈮，
