【摘要】：在絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中,能源、金融領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展合作是兩大主旨。基于西部特有的能源戰(zhàn)略屬性,提出建設(shè)西部能源金融中心的構(gòu)想,并從金融地理學(xué)視角以西部能源金融中心的空間選擇為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)西安的潛在優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析很有必要。在金融發(fā)展程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?jié)摿徒煌ㄅc通訊設(shè)施等傳統(tǒng)指標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)之上,新引入資源稟賦及能源產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、人力資源及科技創(chuàng)新、城市宜居環(huán)境等3項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用因子分析對(duì)成都、重慶和西安等西部中心城市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢(shì)測(cè)度,可以反映出西安建設(shè)西部能源金融中心的相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,西安市應(yīng)充分利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì),把金融業(yè)態(tài)和能源要素有機(jī)結(jié)合,抓住經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)這一戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,加快西部能源金融中心建設(shè)的步伐。
[Abstract]:In the strategic planning of the Silk Road economic belt, the development cooperation in the field of energy and finance is the two main themes. Based on the unique energy strategic attributes of the western region, the concept of building the energy finance center in the west is put forward. From the perspective of financial geography, it is necessary to analyze the potential advantages of Xi'an from the point of view of the spatial choice of the energy and finance center in the western region, on the basis of the traditional indicators such as the degree of financial development, the potential of economic development and the transportation and communication facilities, etc. With the introduction of three evaluation indexes, such as resource endowment and energy industry scale, human resources and scientific and technological innovation, urban livable environment, this paper uses factor analysis to measure the competitive edge of central cities in the western regions, such as Chengdu, Chongqing and Xi'an. Therefore, Xi'an should make full use of its own advantages, combine financial forms with energy elements, and seize the strategic opportunity of economic belt construction. We will speed up the construction of energy finance centers in the western region.
