ND公司軟件研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效考核體系優(yōu)化策略

【摘要】:績效考核管理是人力資源管理的六大模塊當(dāng)中串聯(lián)其他各大模塊的最為關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)對(duì)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的考核是人力資源管理中非常關(guān)鍵的部分,而績效管理在實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)戰(zhàn)略方面,起到不可替代的作用。薪酬管理、晉升晉級(jí)管理、培訓(xùn)管理等模塊的關(guān)鍵也在于要形成一套客觀性強(qiáng)、可執(zhí)行性強(qiáng),能行之有效的績效考核體系。本文從ND公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)有的績效考核方案入手,介紹ND公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)目前方案的一些優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)也分析現(xiàn)有方案存在的一些問題,從軟件開發(fā)成果難于定量的核心問題出發(fā),對(duì)原有績效考核方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,形成客觀性更強(qiáng)、可操作性更好的績效考核方案。本文對(duì)績效考核制度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)是績效考核中如何通過工作量和工作質(zhì)量實(shí)現(xiàn)績效考核的定量化,重新定位ND公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效考核的核心出發(fā)點(diǎn),這也有利于拓展績效考核結(jié)果的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,提高員工的工作績效,幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)近期及遠(yuǎn)期的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效考核體系,在研發(fā)周期和項(xiàng)目頻繁變化的特殊時(shí)候,團(tuán)隊(duì)研發(fā)的思路雖然很復(fù)雜,但是很多的企業(yè)也會(huì)積極的去探索其中的方法,這篇文章以ND公司為案例,來尋找出符合自己公司的績效考核方法,從而增強(qiáng)公司的企業(yè)管理。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal management is one of the most critical links in the six modules of human resources management. The evaluation of R & D teams by Internet enterprises is a very key part of human resources management. The key of salary management, promotion management, training management and other modules is to form a set of objectivity, strong executable, and so on. This paper starts with the existing performance appraisal scheme of ND company R & D team, introduces some advantages of ND company R & D team's current scheme, and also analyzes some problems existing in the existing scheme. Starting from the core problem that software development results are difficult to quantify, this paper optimizes the original performance appraisal scheme and forms a more objective and operable performance appraisal scheme. The emphasis is on how to quantify the performance appraisal through the workload and work quality, and reposition the core starting point of the performance appraisal of the R & D team of ND Company, which is also helpful to expand the application field of the performance appraisal results. Improve the performance of employees, help to achieve the short-term and long-term strategic objectives of the enterprise. Research and development team performance appraisal system, in the R & D cycle and the special times of frequent changes, team R & D ideas are very complex, But many enterprises will also actively explore the methods, this article takes ND company as a case to find out the performance evaluation method in line with their own company, thereby enhancing the company's business management.
