【摘要】：當今世界，國家之間外交關(guān)系的影響正在加強。翻譯作為一種必要的手段，在發(fā)展外交關(guān)系中占據(jù)著重要的地位。外交文件是外交關(guān)系的傳統(tǒng)形式，它表明了國家相關(guān)的政治路線和政策、立場和觀點。從這一意義上說，外交文件的準確翻譯在很大程度上決定著國家之間外交關(guān)系的正常發(fā)展。 翻譯的多樣性取決于所譯文本的語體。每一種翻譯文本的語體變體都有著自己的特征，而正是不同類型文本的這些特征，很大程度上影響著翻譯標準及翻譯策略。因此，在進行翻譯工作之前，譯者應(yīng)當通過分析文本來確定，所翻譯文本的語體屬于哪一種語體，所要翻譯的文本屬于哪一類型。 科米薩洛夫認為，根據(jù)文本的語體特點對其進行若干類型的分類是必要的。他將翻譯分為兩種功能類型：文學翻譯與信息翻譯。所有科技、事務(wù)、社會政治、日常生活性質(zhì)的文本翻譯都屬于信息翻譯。在翻譯過程中，應(yīng)當最大限度準確地將這些文本的內(nèi)容傳遞出來。 外交文件是國家元首、政府、外交部門與他國及其外交代表機構(gòu)、國際組織以及外交代表機構(gòu)之間進行聯(lián)絡(luò)的書信。由于所有的外交文件都是官方正式函件，相應(yīng)地，這一類型的文件則屬于公文事務(wù)性文件的分組。學者們傳統(tǒng)上將外交分語體看作是公文事務(wù)語體的變體。因此，外交語體具有公文事務(wù)語體的一般性特征，例如：準確性、正式性、程式化、強制性、非私人性等等。但是需要指出的是，外交分語體用于外交及國際關(guān)系領(lǐng)域，不同于公文事務(wù)語體的其它分語體，，它也有自己的特點。例如：外交分語體還具有莊重性，這一莊重性賦予了外交文件十分重要的意義。 本文作者在闡述外交分語體特點的基礎(chǔ)上，從詞匯、詞法和句法層面研究了外交文件的語言特點，同時從詞層和句層分析了外交文件的翻譯，總結(jié)了外交文件翻譯的標準，并借助于對比分析法在所占有資料的基礎(chǔ)上探討了外交文件翻譯的策略。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the influence of diplomatic relations between countries is being strengthened. Translation, as a necessary means, plays an important role in the development of diplomatic relations. Diplomatic documents are the traditional form of diplomatic relations. In this sense, the accurate translation of diplomatic documents determines to a large extent the normal development of diplomatic relations between countries. The diversity of translation depends on the style of the translated text. Each variant of the translated text has its own characteristics, and it is precisely these characteristics of the different types of text that greatly affect the translation standards and translation strategies. Before doing the translation, the translator should analyze the text to determine which style of the translated text belongs to, and which type of text to be translated. Comisarov believes that it is necessary to classify the text according to its stylistic features. He divides translation into two functional types: literary translation and information translation. In the process of translation, the content of these texts should be transmitted to the maximum extent. Diplomatic documents are letters of communication between Heads of State, governments, diplomatic departments and other countries and their diplomatic representatives, international organizations and diplomatic agencies. Since all diplomatic documents are official correspondence, accordingly, This type of document belongs to the grouping of official document transactional files. Scholars have traditionally regarded the diplomatic sub-style as a variant of the official document transaction style. Therefore, diplomatic style has the general features of the official document transaction style, such as accuracy. Formal, stylized, mandatory, non-private, etc. But it should be pointed out that the diplomatic sub-style is used in the field of diplomacy and international relations, which is different from other sub-styles of the official document style. It also has its own characteristics. For example, the diplomatic sub-style also has a solemn nature, which gives diplomatic documents a very important significance. On the basis of expounding the characteristics of diplomatic style, the author studies the linguistic characteristics of diplomatic documents at the lexical, lexical and syntactic levels, analyzes the translation of diplomatic documents from the lexical and sentence levels, and summarizes the standards of translation of diplomatic documents. By means of comparative analysis, this paper discusses the strategy of diplomatic document translation on the basis of the available data.
