南京樞紐站點(diǎn)公共交通公示語漢英翻譯調(diào)研報(bào)告

  打造國際化都市,提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的公共標(biāo)識(shí)信息,打造兼具中國和地方特色的語言文化景觀,良好的語言環(huán)境必不可缺。公共交通場(chǎng)所作為了解城市的重要媒介,應(yīng)首先確保公示語文本的英語使用達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,符合國際及國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,以提高公共傳播效果,增進(jìn)國際交流與理解。本調(diào)研報(bào)告結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)綜述,在對(duì)南京市公共交通樞紐站點(diǎn)公示語實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合使用問卷調(diào)查、語料收集整理等方式,對(duì)南京樞紐站點(diǎn)公示語的英語使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理和分析。通過整理、篩選上述站點(diǎn)的公示語語料,將公示語翻譯錯(cuò)誤分為五種類型(語言錯(cuò)誤;文化誤譯;譯法不一致;不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范;翻譯缺失),同時(shí)參考相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出修改建議,分析翻譯錯(cuò)誤原因,并提出改善公示語翻譯質(zhì)量的方案與對(duì)策。調(diào)研結(jié)果表明,南京樞紐站點(diǎn)公示語翻譯質(zhì)量總體上令人滿意,但在某些場(chǎng)合仍存在不少問題。由此,如何更為有效地向乘客傳達(dá)公示語信息這一問題急需解決。筆者認(rèn)為,公示語翻譯作為語言服務(wù)重要的組成部分,應(yīng)與眾包監(jiān)督與反饋、復(fù)合型翻譯人才培養(yǎng)、國際及國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推廣執(zhí)行等相結(jié)合,打造用戶友好型語言服務(wù)環(huán)境。最后,針對(duì)公示語翻譯流程斷點(diǎn)多、銜接不暢等問題,嘗試從產(chǎn)品角度出發(fā),提出建立一站式多...
