　　近年來,中國營商環(huán)境不斷被優(yōu)化,市場主體持續(xù)增加,商業(yè)競爭愈演愈烈。作為反映企業(yè)財務(wù)狀況和經(jīng)營成果文件,財務(wù)報表和審計報告對企業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢的預(yù)測起了重要作用。本報告是作者基于連連數(shù)字科技有限公司2017年度財務(wù)報表以及審計報告漢譯英項(xiàng)目所撰寫。作者受北京天譯翻譯公司委派,負(fù)責(zé)整個文本的翻譯工作,其中包括財務(wù)報表(財務(wù)報表附注)和審計報告。作者對整個項(xiàng)目背景以及翻譯過程進(jìn)行了描述,同時在譯前對項(xiàng)目文本做了文本類型以及語言特點(diǎn)分析,本項(xiàng)目原文本屬于典型信息類文本,因此,翻譯中應(yīng)采用相應(yīng)的對策和翻譯技巧實(shí)現(xiàn)文本的溝通功能。同時結(jié)合客戶需求,作者確定了翻譯的主要目的是使譯文達(dá)到與原文一致的溝通效果。作者在該項(xiàng)目翻譯過程中遇到了諸多難點(diǎn)。總結(jié)起來主要為詞匯與句法層面的難點(diǎn)。詞匯層面的難點(diǎn)集中于專業(yè)術(shù)語,內(nèi)部邏輯復(fù)雜的短語;句法方面的難點(diǎn)集中于使用主動語態(tài)的句子和長難句。通過案例分析,作者研究了難點(diǎn)的成因,在目的論和文本類型分析的指導(dǎo)下,提出利用選詞法和倒置法解決詞匯層面的難點(diǎn),并使用平行文本檢查譯文。在句法層面,作者提出利用轉(zhuǎn)換法和順譯法,合譯法和分譯法的翻譯方法解決句法層面的難點(diǎn)。最后通過對整項(xiàng)...
