【摘要】：社會(huì)需求表現(xiàn)為國(guó)家需求和個(gè)人需求。外語(yǔ)教學(xué)和外語(yǔ)學(xué)科建設(shè)應(yīng)該既適應(yīng)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略大需求,又要滿足個(gè)人發(fā)展的小需求。外語(yǔ)學(xué)科服務(wù)社會(huì)需求需要以本身的發(fā)展作為基礎(chǔ)。外語(yǔ)學(xué)科一個(gè)重要的任務(wù)就是為各級(jí)各類學(xué)校提供高質(zhì)量的師資。因此,高校的外語(yǔ)學(xué)科應(yīng)該從以下幾個(gè)方面思考和實(shí)踐其發(fā)展路徑:(1)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)和大學(xué)英語(yǔ)之間的協(xié)同發(fā)展;(2)做好頂層設(shè)計(jì),融入學(xué)校整體發(fā)展規(guī)劃;(3)培養(yǎng)學(xué)術(shù)骨干,建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)共同體;(4)促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)教學(xué)水平提高;(5)學(xué)科定位中應(yīng)包括為高等教育國(guó)際化服務(wù),外語(yǔ)學(xué)科本身應(yīng)率先國(guó)際化。
[Abstract]:The social needs are expressed as national and personal needs. Foreign language teaching and foreign language discipline construction should meet the needs of the national strategy. And to meet the small needs of personal development. Foreign language disciplines to serve social needs need to be based on their own development. One of the important tasks of foreign language disciplines is to provide high quality teachers for all levels of schools. The foreign language discipline in colleges and universities should consider and practice its development path from the following aspects: (1) the synergetic development between English majors and college English; 2) do the top level design well, integrate the whole development plan of the school; (3) cultivating academic backbone and constructing learning community; (4) promoting the development of teachers and improving the teaching level; The orientation of the subject should include serving the internationalization of higher education, while the foreign language discipline itself should take the lead in internationalization.

【正文快照】： 中國(guó)正在發(fā)生巨大的變化。國(guó)家、社會(huì)、個(gè)人對(duì)外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的需求也在悄然改變。社會(huì)需求的變化對(duì)不同層面的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革提出了新目標(biāo)、新要求。高校外語(yǔ)學(xué)科的改革與發(fā)展不但應(yīng)該主動(dòng)去適應(yīng)時(shí)代的需求,甚至還應(yīng)該先行一步,高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚,未雨綢繆,努力去預(yù)測(cè)、提升和引領(lǐng)社會(huì)的需求。
