【摘要】：我國人口老齡化日益加重,養(yǎng)老問題成為我國政府和社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一。適應(yīng)養(yǎng)老需求及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷提高的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境,構(gòu)建與之相匹配的養(yǎng)老院新型運(yùn)營模式,提高養(yǎng)老院運(yùn)營績(jī)效,有效減輕緩解養(yǎng)老安頓問題,是深化我國養(yǎng)老保障體系建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文依托養(yǎng)老保障、養(yǎng)老需求、養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營模式等理論,以太原市非公辦養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)Y養(yǎng)老院為研究對(duì)象,以醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合下“機(jī)構(gòu)+社區(qū)+居家”模式構(gòu)建為主要研究問題,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)整理、實(shí)地調(diào)研、實(shí)證研究、PEST以及SWOT等方法工具進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容包括:一是通過實(shí)地研究、文獻(xiàn)檢索、對(duì)比分析等方法對(duì)太原市Y養(yǎng)老院經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行客觀系統(tǒng)分析,確定其現(xiàn)階段運(yùn)營中存在的內(nèi)外部問題;二是運(yùn)用了SOWT分析法,對(duì)太原市Y養(yǎng)老院當(dāng)前運(yùn)營環(huán)境進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,明確其運(yùn)營發(fā)展所面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅;三是依托上述研究基礎(chǔ),提出了運(yùn)營模式的優(yōu)化原則,并設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建太原市Y養(yǎng)老院醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合下“機(jī)構(gòu)+社區(qū)+居家”運(yùn)營模式。四是針對(duì)運(yùn)營模式實(shí)施,提出了推進(jìn)制度建設(shè)等一系列對(duì)策。構(gòu)建太原市Y養(yǎng)老院運(yùn)營模式是本文研究的重要內(nèi)容,難點(diǎn)在于對(duì)太原市Y養(yǎng)老院的運(yùn)營、財(cái)務(wù)、人員等一手資料的了解和數(shù)據(jù)的收集,可能創(chuàng)新之處在于應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略管理等理論,設(shè)計(jì)提出了太原市Y養(yǎng)老院醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合下“機(jī)構(gòu)+社區(qū)+居家”養(yǎng)老運(yùn)營模式及相關(guān)對(duì)策。本文主要設(shè)計(jì)出了太原市Y養(yǎng)老院新型運(yùn)作模式,提出了優(yōu)化薪酬體系、增加多元化服務(wù)、建立養(yǎng)老服務(wù)宣傳平臺(tái)、提高養(yǎng)老護(hù)理人員專業(yè)素質(zhì)、培育良好的企業(yè)文化等保障措施,對(duì)太原市Y養(yǎng)老院及養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:China's aging population is increasing, the pension issue has become the focus of our government and society. To adapt to the pension needs and constantly improve the standard real environment, constructing the operation model of nursing home match, improve the nursing operation performance, effectively reduce the corrosion solution to settle pension problem, is an important part of deepening the endowment insurance system construction in China. This paper is based on the demand of old-age security, pension, pension business model theory, taking Taiyuan non public pension services Y hospital as the research object, the medical support combined with "mechanism + community + home" model as the main research problems, the use of literature review, field research, empirical research. The system of PEST and SWOT methods such as focus include: first, through literature search, field research, comparative analysis and other methods of Taiyuan city Y nursing home business situation objectively System analysis, to determine the internal and external problems at this stage of its operations; two is the use of SOWT analysis, Y in Taiyuan City nursing home current operating environment system, the operation and development facing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats; three is relying on the basis of the above research, put forward the optimization principle of operation mode the design and construction of Y in Taiyuan City nursing home medical support combined with the "mechanism + community + home" mode of operation. Four is for the operation mode of implementation, put forward a series of countermeasures to promote the construction of the system. The construction of Taiyuan Y pension operation mode is an important part of this study, the difficulty lies in the city of Taiyuan Y hospital the operation, finance, personnel understand first-hand information and data collection, the possibility of innovation lies in the application of strategic management theory, put forward the design of Y hospital in Taiyuan City, raising the pension under the "mechanism + community + home" The old mode of operation and relevant countermeasures. This paper designed a new mode of operation of the Y nursing home in Taiyuan City, put forward the optimization of salary system, increase the diversity of services, the establishment of pension service platform for propaganda, improve the professional quality of nursing staff, cultivating good corporate culture and the safeguard measures, provide a reference for Taiyuan city Y nursing homes and the pension service industry healthy and sustainable development.
