【摘要】：采用元分析方法對(duì)道歉的信任修復(fù)效果進(jìn)行探討。通過中英文獻(xiàn)檢索,共有18篇文獻(xiàn)36個(gè)獨(dú)立樣本符合元分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(N=4731)。元分析的結(jié)果表明,道歉在信任修復(fù)中起到一定促進(jìn)作用,呈中等效應(yīng)量(d=0.44)。調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),信任違背類型的調(diào)節(jié)作用顯著,相比于誠實(shí)型信任違背,道歉對(duì)能力型信任違背有較好的修復(fù)效果。此外,控制組設(shè)置對(duì)道歉的信任修復(fù)效果具有顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用,以沉默為控制組的信任修復(fù)效果優(yōu)于以否認(rèn)為控制組的信任修復(fù)效果。信任類型、道歉所包含的成分以及測量工具的調(diào)節(jié)作用均不顯著。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the effect of trust restoration of apology by meta-analysis method. A total of 18 articles and 36 independent samples were found to meet the meta-analysis criteria. The results of meta-analysis show that apology plays a certain role in trust restoration, with a moderate effect of 0.44%. The regulatory effect test shows that the type of trust violation has a significant regulatory effect, and apology has a better effect on repairing the ability type of trust breach than honest type of breach of trust. In addition, the effect of trust restoration in control group was better than that in control group, and the effect of trust restoration in control group was better than that in control group. The types of trust, the components of an apology, and the regulatory role of measurement tools were not significant.
