【摘要】：摘要：高速公路建設(shè)是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),然而持續(xù)的生產(chǎn)建設(shè)帶來的壓力與日俱增,引發(fā)的生態(tài)問題日益嚴(yán)重。在高速公路建設(shè)領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┚G色施工管理可有效減少生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞,具有重要意義和工程價(jià)值。本文通過分析高速公路綠色施工相關(guān)問題,主要從以下方面進(jìn)行研究、探討：首先,對(duì)綠色施工相關(guān)理論、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究背景和現(xiàn)狀等既有理論和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)介紹。其次,在理論研究和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)高速公路建設(shè)過程中影響綠色施工的因素,深入分析了產(chǎn)生原因及控制對(duì)策,強(qiáng)調(diào)施工企業(yè)綠色施工對(duì)高速公路建設(shè)的主要影響,為綠色施工效果給出客觀評(píng)價(jià)奠定基礎(chǔ)。然后,結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),選取典型施工項(xiàng)目和內(nèi)容為研究對(duì)象,構(gòu)建廣州南二環(huán)高速公路土建項(xiàng)目綠色施工實(shí)施方案,在特定研究?jī)?nèi)容及正確的研究思路指導(dǎo)下,重點(diǎn)研究綠色施工過程中參建各方主要職能以及具體實(shí)施過程中的作用,并分析綠色施工典型做法。最后,依托施工企業(yè)在廣州南二環(huán)高速公路土建項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中的典型做法,分析識(shí)別評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,先采用04評(píng)分法確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,再通過加權(quán)評(píng)分法給出客觀評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果給出了改進(jìn)建議,并為施工企業(yè)應(yīng)用綠色施工技術(shù)和管理提供了借鑒,有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)今后高速公路土建項(xiàng)目施工過程中存在的問題,穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)高速公路建設(shè)的綠色施工水平。文中包括圖15幅,表6個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)56篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: highway construction is the foundation of social and economic development, but the pressure of continuous production and construction is increasing day by day, and the ecological problems are becoming more and more serious. The implementation of green construction management in the field of highway construction can effectively reduce the destruction of ecological environment, which is of great significance and engineering value. In this paper, through the analysis of expressway green construction related problems, mainly from the following aspects of research, to explore: first, the green construction related theory, domestic and foreign research background and current situation of existing theory and application experience are introduced systematically. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research and practice, in view of the factors that affect green construction in the process of expressway construction, the causes and control measures are analyzed in depth, and the main influence of green construction on highway construction in construction enterprises is emphasized. It lays a foundation for the objective evaluation of green construction effect. Then, combined with engineering practice experience, select typical construction project and content as the research object, construct the green construction implementation scheme of Guangzhou Nanerhuan Expressway civil construction project, under the guidance of specific research content and correct research idea. This paper focuses on the main functions of the parties involved in the green construction process and the role of the concrete implementation process, and analyzes the typical practices of green construction. Finally, relying on the typical practices of construction enterprises in the construction process of Guangzhou Nanerhuan Expressway, this paper analyzes and identifies the evaluation index system, and uses 04 scoring method to determine the weight of the evaluation index. Then the objective evaluation results are given by weighted scoring method. The evaluation results give suggestions for improvement, and provide reference for construction enterprises to apply green construction technology and management, which will help to discover the problems existing in the construction process of highway civil construction projects in the future. Steadily promote the green construction level of highway construction. The paper includes 15 figures, 6 tables and 56 references.
