吉林省高性能瀝青路面裂縫修補(bǔ)應(yīng)用技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:瀝青混凝土路面出現(xiàn)裂縫,應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行密封修補(bǔ),防止雨水及其他雜物沿裂縫進(jìn)入路面結(jié)構(gòu)層及路基,導(dǎo)致路面承載能力下降,加速路面局部或成片損壞。該論文主要借鑒國外密封膠產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)指標(biāo),針對寒冷地區(qū)公路的不同早期狀況,采用不同的道路裂縫修補(bǔ)材料生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù),針對不同特點(diǎn),研制道路裂縫修補(bǔ)密封材料。論文中提及的高性能道路修補(bǔ)材料的性能尤其是低溫柔韌性(延度)以及粘接性優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品,與國外較好產(chǎn)品相當(dāng),尤其適用于我國東北地區(qū)的低溫氣候條件,而價格僅為國外同類產(chǎn)品的80%左右。根據(jù)吉林省氣候特點(diǎn),確定了區(qū)域灌縫材料技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出了裂縫寬度和刻槽寬度的計算方法。結(jié)合吉林省高速公路瀝青路面所用灌縫材料的特點(diǎn),首次提出了通過拉伸試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)灌縫材料低溫粘附性、延展性的試驗(yàn)方法和技術(shù)指標(biāo)以及瀝青路面灌縫膠溢出率試驗(yàn)方法。對灌縫工藝影響因素進(jìn)行了研究,提出了新的瀝青路面灌縫材料使用效果的評價指標(biāo),總結(jié)了試驗(yàn)段灌縫經(jīng)驗(yàn),編制了吉林省高速公路灌縫材料應(yīng)用及施工技術(shù)指南。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent Rain Water and other sundries from entering the pavement structure and subgrade along the cracks, the bearing capacity of asphalt concrete pavement should be reduced and the local or damaged pavement should be accelerated. This paper mainly draws lessons from the technical index of foreign sealant products, according to the different early condition of highway in cold area, adopts different road crack repair material production technology, according to different characteristic, develops road crack repair sealing material. The properties of the high performance road repair materials mentioned in this paper, especially the low temperature flexibility (ductility) and adhesion, are superior to those of the domestic ones, and are comparable to those of the foreign ones, especially suitable for the low temperature climate conditions in the northeast of China. The price is only about 80% of similar products abroad. According to the climatic characteristics of Jilin Province, the technical standard of regional irrigation joint material is determined, and the calculation method of crack width and groove width is put forward. According to the characteristics of filling joint material used in asphalt pavement of Jilin Province, the test method and technical index of low temperature adhesion and ductility of filling joint material and the test method of asphalt pavement joint overflow rate are put forward through tensile test for the first time. This paper studies the influencing factors of filling joint technology, puts forward the evaluation index of the application effect of new asphalt pavement jointing material, summarizes the experience of filling joint in test section, and compiles the application and construction technical guide of filling joint material in Jilin Province expressway.
