某無軸式摩天輪施工過程應(yīng)力監(jiān)測與分析

【摘要】:采用Midas Gen有限元分析軟件對某無軸式摩天輪的施工過程進(jìn)行仿真模擬計(jì)算,對工程進(jìn)行工況劃分,并應(yīng)用對各工況"激活""鈍化"的方法分析關(guān)鍵桿件的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),對施工過程進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。為保證施工安全,為關(guān)鍵桿件制定專項(xiàng)監(jiān)測方案,在安裝、卸載過程中對它們進(jìn)行應(yīng)力監(jiān)測,并將模擬計(jì)算的應(yīng)力值與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對比。對比結(jié)果表明:模擬計(jì)算的應(yīng)力值與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)吻合,施工方法合理,施工過程安全可靠。
[Abstract]:The Midas Gen finite element analysis software is used to simulate and calculate the construction process of a certain shaftless Ferris wheel. The working conditions of the project are divided, and the stress state of the key member is analyzed by using the method of "activation" and "passivation" for each working condition. The construction process is calculated and analyzed. In order to ensure the safety of construction, a special monitoring scheme is made for the key members. The stress is monitored during installation and unloading, and the stress values calculated by simulation are compared with the field monitoring data. The results show that the stress calculated by the simulation is in agreement with the field monitoring data, the construction method is reasonable and the construction process is safe and reliable.
