【摘要】:改革開放后,民營經(jīng)濟在中國經(jīng)濟中的地位日益突出,不僅推動著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,也在穩(wěn)定就業(yè)等社會效益上發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。家族企業(yè)作為民營經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,對我國國民經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展有著重要意義。隨著全球化進程的加快,世界經(jīng)濟開始向一體化發(fā)展,我國家族企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。家族企業(yè)要在激烈的競爭中具備獨特的優(yōu)勢,必須要改變企業(yè)的管理模式,以更好的質量、更優(yōu)的服務、更低的價格來戰(zhàn)勝對手。業(yè)務外包,特別是人力資源職能的外包,逐漸成為了家族企業(yè)發(fā)生根本變化的重要動力。我國家族企業(yè)由于自身的規(guī)模、資金的局限,在人力資源管理水平上能力有限,很大程度上制約了家族企業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展壯大,將企業(yè)人力資源部分或全部職能外包出去,讓家族企業(yè)集中有限的資源大力發(fā)展核心業(yè)務,才能在激烈的競爭中立于不敗之地。本文以家族企業(yè)人力資源外包為研究對象,首先介紹了家族企業(yè)人力資源外包研究的背景以及研究的意義,總結了國內外學者對家族企業(yè)人力資源管理以及人力資源外包及其風險的研究,對人力資源外包的相關概念以及理論基礎進行了闡述,結合我國家族企業(yè)人力資源管理及外包的現(xiàn)狀,對家族企業(yè)人力資源外包存在的問題進行了簡要探討。本文圍繞風險的來源以及外包流程兩個維度對家族企業(yè)人力資源的風險進行識別,即:通過來自家族企業(yè)內部、外包商、外部環(huán)境三方面的風險來源以及家族企業(yè)人力資源外包的四個流程來指出外包過程中所面臨的種種風險,最后針對這些風險,提出了相應的防范策略。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, the status of private economy in Chinese economy has become increasingly prominent, which not only promotes the rapid development of Chinese economy, but also plays a great role in stabilizing employment and other social benefits. As an important part of private economy, family business is of great significance to the healthy development of our national economy. With the acceleration of globalization and the development of world economy, Chinese family enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. In order to have unique advantages in the fierce competition, the family firm must change the management mode of the enterprise and defeat its rivals with better quality, better service and lower price. Outsourcing, especially the outsourcing of human resource functions, has gradually become an important driving force for the fundamental change of family business. Because of its own scale and the limitation of capital, the family business in our country has limited ability in the level of human resource management, which restricts the further development and growth of the family business to a great extent, and outsources some or all of the functions of the enterprise's human resources. Let family business concentrate limited resources to develop core business, in order to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition. This article takes the family enterprise human resources outsourcing as the research object, first introduced the family enterprise human resources outsourcing research background and the research significance, This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on human resource management, human resource outsourcing and its risk of family business, and expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of human resource outsourcing. Combined with the current situation of human resource management and outsourcing of family enterprises in China, this paper briefly discusses the problems existing in the outsourcing of human resources in family enterprises. This paper identifies the human resource risk of the family business from the two dimensions of the source of the risk and the outsourcing process, that is, from the inside of the family business, the outsourcer, the outsourcer, This paper points out all kinds of risks in the outsourcing process from three aspects of external environment and four processes of human resource outsourcing in family enterprises. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding prevention strategies for these risks.
