【摘要】：知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,使科技加速發(fā)展,技術(shù)高度融合。市場對創(chuàng)新的要求越來越高,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的難度越來越大,單獨的、甚至小范圍、單層次的創(chuàng)新活動已經(jīng)很難滿足技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的需求。隨著創(chuàng)新主體之間合作的縱深發(fā)展,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式逐漸由線性發(fā)展為多主體協(xié)同互動的網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新在創(chuàng)新逐步轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化范式的背景下應(yīng)運而生。但是,與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國企業(yè)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效率較低,協(xié)同發(fā)展仍然處在初級階段。創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)是協(xié)同創(chuàng)新得以平穩(wěn)實現(xiàn)的組織平臺,如何在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中,更好地發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新主體的效用,從而提升協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效,是我國協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展亟需解決的實際問題。本研究以創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)為背景,以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵為切入點,以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的運行機制及保障機制為主線,仿真或?qū)嵶C研究了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的運行及保障過程,從而設(shè)計基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機制。首先,通過對國內(nèi)外的研究成果及文獻(xiàn)的梳理、歸納,界定了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的定義,分析了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點,以復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)隱喻創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)模型。分析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的定義、特點及主體要素構(gòu)成。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的定義及特點。其次,論文分析了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新動力,通過過程分析及扎根質(zhì)化研究,確定了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的序參量。利用自組織理論,分析了創(chuàng)新過程中的要素協(xié)同及主體協(xié)同機理。根據(jù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的過程及序參量,構(gòu)建了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機制運行機制與保障機制,并剖析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新不同機制的互動關(guān)系。再次,論文研究了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新運行機制。從知識共享機制、利益激勵機制以及風(fēng)險管理機制三個方面,分析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的運行過程。利用超網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,仿真分析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的知識轉(zhuǎn)移、吸收及再創(chuàng)造過程,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的知識共享機制;利用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化博弈模型,仿真分析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新利益激勵過程,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的利益分配機制;利用熵權(quán)法及可拓理論,建立了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險評價模型,從風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評估及風(fēng)險控制三個方面,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的風(fēng)險管理機制。然后,論文研究了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新保障機制。從政府調(diào)控、金融支持以及中介服務(wù)三個方面,分析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的保障過程。利用三方演化博弈模型,分析了不同政策工具導(dǎo)向下的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新調(diào)控過程,構(gòu)建了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新政府調(diào)控機制;通過實證研究,分析了我國協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的金融支持現(xiàn)狀,從金融結(jié)構(gòu)、金融效率以及金融規(guī)模三個角度,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的金融支持機制;通過角色定位及現(xiàn)狀分析,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的科技中介組織服務(wù)機制。最后,通過案例分析,對北京中關(guān)村創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析。從中關(guān)村創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的知識共享機制、利益激勵機制以及風(fēng)險管理機制三個方面,剖析了中關(guān)村創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新運行情況;從政府調(diào)控、金融支持以及中介服務(wù)三個方面,剖析了中關(guān)村創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新保障情況。結(jié)合理論研究及現(xiàn)狀分析,提出了完善中關(guān)村創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)政策建議。通過本文的研究,明確了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新相關(guān)概念及特性,分析了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過程。從知識共享、利益激勵以及風(fēng)險管理的角度,構(gòu)建了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新運行機制;從政府調(diào)控、金融支持及中介服務(wù)的角度,構(gòu)建了基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新保障機制。通過對我國中關(guān)村創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的案例分析,為基于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供了決策支持。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes science and technology accelerate development, technology is highly integrated. The demand of market to innovation is more and more high, the difficulty of technological innovation is more and more difficult, single and even small scope, the single level innovation activity has been difficult to meet the demand of technological innovation. Gradually from linear development to multi-agent interaction network model, collaborative innovation has been gradually turned to systematization and network paradigm. However, compared with developed countries, the efficiency of collaborative innovation in Chinese enterprises is low, and cooperative development is still in the primary stage. Innovation network is a group of cooperative innovation to achieve a smooth implementation. It is a practical problem that how to better play the utility of the innovation subject in the innovation network environment and improve the performance of the collaborative innovation. It is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of cooperative innovation in China. This research takes the innovation network as the background, takes the connotation of collaborative innovation as the breakthrough point, and takes the co operation mechanism and the guarantee mechanism as the main line, simulation or This paper empirically studies the operation and guarantee process of collaborative innovation, and then designs a cooperative innovation mechanism based on innovation network. Firstly, the definition of innovation network is defined and the characteristics of innovation network are defined by combing the research results and literature at home and abroad. The characteristics of the innovative network are analyzed, and the topology of the innovative network is constructed with the complex network of complex network metaphorical innovation. The definition, characteristics and main elements of collaborative innovation are analyzed. On this basis, the definition and characteristics of collaborative innovation based on innovation network are analyzed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the dynamic of collaborative innovation based on innovation network. Through process analysis and rooted qualitative research, it determines the order parameters of collaborative innovation. According to the process and order parameters of collaborative innovation, the operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of collaborative innovation mechanism based on innovation network are constructed, and the interaction relationship between different mechanisms of collaborative innovation is analyzed. Thirdly, the paper studies the cooperative innovation operation based on innovation network. Mechanism. From three aspects of knowledge sharing mechanism, interest incentive mechanism and risk management mechanism, the operation process of collaborative innovation is analyzed. Using the super network model, the knowledge transfer, absorption and re creation process of collaborative innovation are simulated and analyzed, and the knowledge sharing mechanism of collaborative innovation is constructed, and the evolution game model of complex network is used to imitate the mechanism. The benefit incentive process of collaborative innovation is analyzed, the benefit allocation mechanism of collaborative innovation is constructed, and the risk evaluation model of collaborative innovation is established by entropy weight and extension theory. The cooperative innovation management mechanism is constructed from three aspects of risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. Then, the paper studies the innovation network based on innovation network. From the three aspects of government regulation, financial support and intermediary service, this paper analyzes the guarantee process of collaborative innovation. Using the three party evolutionary game model, it analyzes the coordination innovation control process under the guidance of different policy tools, and constructs a government regulation mechanism based on innovation network, and through empirical research, The financial support status of cooperative innovation in China is analyzed. The financial support mechanism of cooperative innovation is constructed from three angles of financial structure, financial efficiency and financial scale. Through role positioning and current situation analysis, the service mechanism of scientific and technological intermediary organization of cooperative innovation is constructed. On the basis of theoretical research and current situation analysis, the relevant policy suggestions for improving Zhongguancun innovation network are put forward. Through this study, the related concepts and characteristics of collaborative innovation based on innovation network are clarified, and the collaborative innovation process based on innovation network is analyzed. The cooperative innovation operation mechanism based on innovation network is built. From the perspective of government regulation, financial support and intermediary service, a cooperative innovation guarantee mechanism based on innovation network is constructed. Through the case analysis of Zhongguancun innovation network in China, it provides decision support for the new development of collaborative innovation based on innovation network.
