董事會社會資本、群體斷裂帶與企業(yè)研發(fā)效率——基于隨機(jī)前沿模型的實證分析

【摘要】:在中國關(guān)系文化背景下,社會資本成為影響民營企業(yè)資源配置的重要因素,同時群體斷裂帶作為分析和考察群體異質(zhì)性的有效測度手段,近年來引起了戰(zhàn)略管理和公司治理領(lǐng)域?qū)W者的關(guān)注.本文以我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板民營高科技企業(yè)為研究對象,實證檢驗了董事會社會資本對企業(yè)研發(fā)效率的影響,以及董事會群體斷裂帶對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用.研究表明:董事會政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)研發(fā)效率具有顯著的正向影響,董事會群體斷裂帶弱化了二者之間的正相關(guān)關(guān)系;當(dāng)董事會連鎖程度較低時,董事會社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對研發(fā)效率提升具有積極的促進(jìn)作用;當(dāng)連鎖程度較高時,則會阻礙企業(yè)研發(fā)效率的提升;在低連鎖組,董事會群體斷裂帶對董事會社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)與研發(fā)效率之間的關(guān)系具有顯著的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用.
[Abstract]:In the context of Chinese relationship culture, social capital has become an important factor affecting the allocation of private enterprises' resources, and the group fracture zone is an effective measure to analyze and investigate the heterogeneity of groups. In recent years, it has attracted the attention of scholars in the field of strategic management and corporate governance. This paper takes the private high-tech enterprises on the gem as the research object, and empirically tests the influence of the board of directors' social capital on the R & D efficiency of the enterprises, as well as the role of the board of directors' group fault zone in regulating the relationship between the two. The research shows that the political association of the board of directors has a significant positive impact on the R & D efficiency of the enterprise, and the fault zone of the board of directors weakens the positive correlation between the two, and when the linkage degree of the board of directors is low, The social network of the board of directors has a positive effect on the improvement of R & D efficiency; when the linkage degree is high, it will hinder the improvement of R & D efficiency of enterprises; in the low chain group, The relationship between the social network of the board of directors and the efficiency of R & D is significantly regulated by the fault zone of the board of directors.
