HH小額貸款公司招聘管理改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:人才對(duì)企業(yè)興衰起著舉足輕重的作用已是不爭(zhēng)事實(shí)。作為新興的小額貸款行業(yè),人才招聘面臨激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng);與此同時(shí),招聘管理中的不足又進(jìn)一步制約人才的加入。因此,如何優(yōu)化改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有招聘管理體系,提升現(xiàn)有小額貸款公司招聘效率及質(zhì)量便成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急,在此背景下,分析探究如何改進(jìn)公司招聘中的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策便十分有意義。HH小額貸款公司是一家快速發(fā)展壯大的成長(zhǎng)型公司。公司業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)?焖僭鲩L(zhǎng)的同時(shí)也遭遇到人才招聘的瓶頸。本文通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外招聘管理的相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)歸納等研究方法了解HH小額貸款公司招聘現(xiàn)狀,查找招聘管理中存在的問(wèn)題及成因,提出了改進(jìn)的具體對(duì)策。從招聘規(guī)劃優(yōu)化、面試選拔流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改進(jìn)、招聘渠道的完善、提升招聘團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)化等方面提出了明確的操作流程及要求。同時(shí)通過(guò)吸收招聘選拔領(lǐng)域的新型工具以及該公司業(yè)務(wù)開展過(guò)程中的信用報(bào)告等審核工具,進(jìn)一步提升招聘選拔的效度及質(zhì)量。同時(shí),本文還建議在招聘管理的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)及其他方面給予實(shí)施保障。包括崗位分析優(yōu)化完善、職務(wù)職級(jí)體系建立健全、入職培訓(xùn)及薪酬福利體系建設(shè),提升公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度,優(yōu)化離職員工管理,完善企業(yè)文化建設(shè),優(yōu)化企業(yè)績(jī)效制度建設(shè)等方面,以確保招聘對(duì)策的有效實(shí)施。通過(guò)本文研究,在一定程度上幫助HH小額貸款公司改進(jìn)招聘管理中的不足,優(yōu)化完善招聘渠道、選拔流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)化,進(jìn)而希望對(duì)優(yōu)化公司的招聘管理起到一定的幫助作用,保障公司人力資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable fact that talent plays an important role in the rise and fall of enterprises. As a new micro-loan industry, talent recruitment faces fierce market competition; at the same time, the shortage of recruitment management further restricts the entry of talents. How to optimize and improve the existing recruitment management system and improve the recruitment efficiency and quality of the existing microfinance companies will become an urgent task. In this context, It is very meaningful to analyze and explore how to improve the problems and countermeasures in the recruitment of the company. HH Microloan Company is a fast growing and growing company. While the business scale of the company grows rapidly, it also encounters the recruitment of talents. This paper draws lessons from the relevant theories of recruitment management at home and abroad, Through questionnaire survey, data induction and other research methods to understand the recruitment status of HH microfinance company, to find out the problems and causes of recruitment management, and put forward specific countermeasures for improvement. The improvement of interview selection process and standard, the perfection of recruitment channel, At the same time, by absorbing the new tools in the field of recruitment and selection as well as the audit tools such as credit report in the course of the company's business development, At the same time, this paper also proposes to guarantee the recruitment management in the infrastructure and other aspects, including the optimization of job analysis, the establishment of a sound job ranking system, In order to ensure the effective implementation of recruitment countermeasures, the construction of induction training and compensation and welfare system, the promotion of company leaders' attention, the optimization of employee management, the improvement of corporate culture, and the optimization of enterprise performance system, etc. To a certain extent, we can help HH Microloan Company to improve recruitment management, optimize recruitment channels, select process and standards, promote team specialization, and then hope to play a certain role in optimizing the recruitment management of the company. To ensure the sustainable development of the company's human resources.
