【摘要】：應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究方法,構(gòu)建合作創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)破壞事件對(duì)個(gè)體集體學(xué)習(xí)影響的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,使用Vensim PLE軟件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)仿真,并進(jìn)行變量總體分析。主要研究結(jié)果顯示,從長(zhǎng)期來看,一定程度的破壞事件能夠增加技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的集體知識(shí)并最終提升組織績(jī)效,但會(huì)持續(xù)減少技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的個(gè)體知識(shí)。研究結(jié)論可以從更深層次揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)破壞事件對(duì)知識(shí)影響的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化合作創(chuàng)新及知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Applying the research method of system dynamics, the system dynamics model of the impact of cooperative innovation network failure events on individual collective learning is constructed, and the system simulation is carried out with Vensim PLE software. The main results show that in the long run, a certain degree of damage events can increase the collective knowledge in the technological innovation network and ultimately improve organizational performance. However, it will continuously reduce the individual knowledge in the technological innovation network. The conclusion of the study can reveal the internal law of the influence of the network damage event on the knowledge from a deeper level. To provide theoretical guidance for innovation and knowledge transfer in networked cooperation.
