全球價(jià)值鏈下制造業(yè)企業(yè)低碳創(chuàng)新后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)的研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步,環(huán)境問(wèn)題成為國(guó)際矚目的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,愈演愈烈的環(huán)境問(wèn)題與日趨漸進(jìn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)需求產(chǎn)生諸多矛盾,二氧化碳排放加劇影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的效益與質(zhì)量。隨著全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái),國(guó)際制造業(yè)企業(yè)分工隨之逐漸深化,這也加快了低碳技術(shù)知識(shí)的全球性擴(kuò)散。在全球工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中,不可再生能源的大量利用造成了大氣中二氧化碳比例不斷增加,對(duì)全球生態(tài)環(huán)境及氣候條件造成了嚴(yán)重危害。此種嚴(yán)峻情勢(shì)下,以低碳技術(shù)為主的綠色節(jié)能減排型生產(chǎn)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)成為不可或缺的工業(yè)條件。而對(duì)于后發(fā)國(guó)家而言,如何利用發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)以便于自我發(fā)展,有很重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文在全球價(jià)值鏈理論、低碳創(chuàng)新理論和后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)研究,對(duì)全球價(jià)值鏈下制造業(yè)企業(yè)低碳創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了架構(gòu),區(qū)分了內(nèi)系統(tǒng)和外系統(tǒng)并從系統(tǒng)間的相互依存和相互作用角度進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)整體論的闡釋,進(jìn)而從全球價(jià)值鏈下制造業(yè)企業(yè)低碳創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)能力動(dòng)因、要素稟賦動(dòng)因、和政府政策動(dòng)因,以及對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)價(jià)值和生態(tài)理論方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,指出在全球價(jià)值鏈下制造業(yè)企業(yè)低碳創(chuàng)新后發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,應(yīng)該從政府的宏觀調(diào)控戰(zhàn)略、低碳市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行剖析。最后以汽車制造業(yè)為案例來(lái)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議:即穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)并轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式;制定產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色低碳轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)并促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合;鼓勵(lì)低碳技術(shù)引進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新;強(qiáng)化低碳文化價(jià)值觀;加強(qiáng)國(guó)際交流與合作。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the continuous progress of society, environmental problems have become the focus of international attention. The increasingly increasing environmental problems have produced many contradictions with the increasing demands of economic growth. With the advent of global economy, the division of labor among international manufacturing enterprises has gradually deepened. This has also accelerated the global diffusion of low-carbon technological knowledge. In the process of global industrialization, the massive use of non-renewable energy sources has resulted in an increasing share of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. To the global ecological environment and climate conditions caused serious harm. The development of green energy-saving and emission-reducing production technology based on low-carbon technology has become an indispensable industrial condition, but for the latecomer countries, how to make use of the technological advantages of developed countries to facilitate their own development. Based on the theory of global value chain, low carbon innovation theory and the theory of late advantage, this paper constructs the low carbon innovation system of manufacturing enterprises under the global value chain. This paper distinguishes internal and external systems and explains the theory of system holism from the angle of interdependence and interaction between systems, and then explains the technological capability drivers of low-carbon innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the global value chain. Factor endowment motivation and government policy motivation, as well as the economic, social value and ecological theory are systematically analyzed, pointing out the low carbon innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises under the global value chain. It should be analyzed from the government's macro-control strategy, low-carbon market strategy, industrial structure adjustment strategy. Finally, take the automobile manufacturing industry as an example to carry on the empirical research. Put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions: to stabilize the economic growth and change the mode of economic growth; To formulate the development strategy of green and low carbon industry; Readjusting the industrial structure and promoting industrial integration; Encouraging the introduction and innovation of low-carbon technologies; Strengthening low-carbon cultural values; Strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
