【摘要】：雙元創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)在動態(tài)競爭環(huán)境中長期生存關鍵,但面對探索式創(chuàng)新與利用式創(chuàng)新彼此間相互競爭而又融合互補的狀況,多數(shù)企業(yè)對平衡二者間矛盾無從下手。因此,如何在組織中平衡探索及利用式創(chuàng)新之間的矛盾是目前管理實踐和理論研究關注的重要主題�；诓⑿薪Y構視角,運用社會網(wǎng)絡理論、雙元創(chuàng)新理論和知識管理理論,本文分析了部門內正式網(wǎng)絡與非正式網(wǎng)絡一致性對雙元創(chuàng)新能力中探索和利用式創(chuàng)新矛盾的平衡,并探討了不同知識管理的調節(jié)作用。通過對高新技術企業(yè)創(chuàng)新部門實地問卷調查,并應用社會網(wǎng)絡方法的QAP分析和層級回歸、曲線調節(jié)等方法進行了實證檢驗。研究結果表明:部門內正式互動/順序工作流網(wǎng)絡與非正式咨詢網(wǎng)絡的一致性與雙元創(chuàng)新能力之間呈倒U型關系;知識交換與整合和知識沖突正向調節(jié)部門內正式互動工作流網(wǎng)絡與非正式咨詢網(wǎng)絡一致性與雙元創(chuàng)新能力之間倒U型關系。說明適度重疊的部門內正式互動/順序工作流網(wǎng)絡與非正式咨詢網(wǎng)絡能夠有效平衡雙元創(chuàng)新能力的矛盾,有效的知識管理能增強這一效果。該結論從社會網(wǎng)絡視角細化了并行結構自下而上實現(xiàn)雙元創(chuàng)新能力的路徑,并基于知識管理理論界定了并行結構實現(xiàn)雙元創(chuàng)新的權變條件,對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新及知識管理實踐均具有重要指導意義。
[Abstract]:Dual innovation ability is the key to the long-term survival of enterprises in the dynamic competitive environment, but faced with the situation that exploratory innovation and utility innovation compete with each other and merge and complement each other. Most enterprises have no way to balance the contradiction between the two. Therefore, how to balance the contradiction between exploration and utilization innovation in the organization is an important topic of current management practice and theoretical research, based on the perspective of parallel structure. Based on social network theory, dual innovation theory and knowledge management theory, this paper analyzes the balance between the consistency of formal network and informal network within the department and the contradiction between exploration and utilization innovation. Through the field questionnaire survey of the innovation department of high-tech enterprises and the QAP analysis and hierarchical regression of social network method, this paper discusses the regulatory role of different knowledge management. The results show that the consistency of formal interactive / sequential workflow network and informal consulting network is inversely U-shaped; The relationship between formal interaction workflow network and informal consulting network and dual innovation ability is inversely U-shaped relationship between knowledge exchange and integration and knowledge conflict. Order workflow network and informal consultation network can effectively balance the contradiction of dual innovation ability. Effective knowledge management can enhance this effect. From the perspective of social network, this conclusion refines the path of parallel structure from bottom to top to realize dual innovation ability. Based on the theory of knowledge management, the paper defines the contingency conditions for realizing dual innovation in parallel structure, which is of great significance to enterprise innovation and knowledge management practice.
