網購環(huán)境下物流配送聯(lián)盟合作伙伴選擇研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網技術的迅猛發(fā)展和計算機的快速普及,我國電子商務得到快速發(fā)展,市場規(guī)模逐步穩(wěn)定擴大,網絡購物擁有較廣闊的發(fā)展前景。同時網購客戶數(shù)量的不斷增長,給物流服務行業(yè)帶來激增的貨運量,也為物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展提供良好的契機。這使得物流服務業(yè)作為一項增值業(yè)務正逐漸成為中國國民經濟的支柱產業(yè)之一。 在我國網絡購物環(huán)境下,物流配送存在著服務水平不高、配送效率低下、競爭力不強等問題,而網絡購物客戶對物流配送又存在個性化、差異化的需求。因此隨著物流產業(yè)的發(fā)展,物流配送企業(yè)之間的整合與融合是必然的趨勢。物流配送聯(lián)盟這一物流產業(yè)新的組織運作模式,不僅能夠讓合作伙伴間的能力互補充分發(fā)揮物流配送聯(lián)盟的核心競爭力,也能夠為客戶提供個性化、多樣化的物流服務。隨著物流理論和實踐的深入,構建一個適合物流配送聯(lián)盟合作伙伴的選擇模型,對于指導現(xiàn)有物流配送聯(lián)盟的實踐具有重要意義。 首先,本文對網購客戶的物流配送服務需求進行深刻分析,并構建客戶物流配送服務需求指標體系并確定權重;其次,根據(jù)對現(xiàn)有物流配送服務能力的研究,構建物流配送服務能力指標體系并確定權重;然后,通過構建改進的QFD模型進行物流服務需求指標和服務能力指標的對應匹配;接著,通過構建物流配送聯(lián)盟伙伴選擇和任務分配模型,實現(xiàn)物流配送聯(lián)盟服務滿意度最大和利益最大的雙重目標,實現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟的利益最大化;最后結合算例分析驗證模型的科學性和有效性。 算例分析表明,本文提出的基于網購客戶物流服務需求的物流配送聯(lián)盟合作伙伴選擇模型是實用和有效的,為物流配送聯(lián)盟選擇合作伙伴提供了有力的支撐和決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and the rapid popularization of computers, E-commerce in China has been developing rapidly, the market scale is gradually expanding steadily, and online shopping has a broad development prospect. At the same time, the continuous growth of the number of customers, logistics service industry to bring a surge in cargo volume, but also for the rapid development of logistics industry to provide a good opportunity. This makes logistics service industry as a value-added business is gradually becoming one of the pillar industries of China's national economy. In our country's network shopping environment, logistics distribution has some problems, such as low service level, low distribution efficiency, weak competitiveness, and so on, while network shopping customers have individualized and differentiated demand for logistics distribution. Therefore, with the development of logistics industry, the integration and integration of logistics distribution enterprises is an inevitable trend. Logistics distribution alliance, a new organization and operation mode of logistics industry, can not only give full play to the core competitiveness of logistics distribution alliance, but also provide individualized and diversified logistics service to customers. With the development of logistics theory and practice, it is of great significance to construct a suitable partner selection model for logistics distribution alliance. First of all, this paper makes a profound analysis of the logistics service demand of the customers, and constructs the customer logistics distribution service demand index system and determines the weight; secondly, according to the existing logistics distribution service capacity research, Build logistics distribution service capacity index system and determine the weight; then, by building an improved QFD model to match the logistics service demand index and service capability index; then, By constructing the model of partner selection and task assignment of logistics distribution alliance, the double goals of maximum satisfaction degree and maximum benefit of logistics distribution alliance are realized, and the benefits of logistics distribution alliance are maximized. Finally, the model is proved to be scientific and effective with an example. The analysis of an example shows that the model proposed in this paper is practical and effective, and provides a strong support and decision basis for the logistics alliance to select partners.
