【摘要】：文章以2000年~2011年我國(guó)30個(gè)省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用可行的廣義最小二乘法(FGLS),對(duì)影響我國(guó)最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的因素進(jìn)行了定量研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),最低生活保障和職工平均工資是影響我國(guó)最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最主要因素,失業(yè)率和人均固定資產(chǎn)投資對(duì)我國(guó)最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也有顯著的正向影響。為了制定科學(xué)合理的最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn),應(yīng)綜合考慮多種影響因素,并合理調(diào)節(jié)最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和最低生活保障標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的待遇梯度。
[Abstract]:Based on 30 provincial panel data in China from 2000 to 2011, this paper makes a quantitative study on the factors affecting the minimum wage standard by using the feasible generalized least square method (GLS). It is found that the minimum living security and the average wage are the most important factors affecting the minimum wage in China, and the unemployment rate and the investment in fixed assets per capita also have a significant positive impact on the minimum wage in China. In order to make a scientific and reasonable minimum wage standard, we should consider a variety of factors and adjust the gradient of treatment between the minimum wage standard, unemployment insurance standard and minimum living security standard.
