【摘要】：中國(guó)已經(jīng)迎來廢舊家電報(bào)廢的高峰期，每年的廢舊家電報(bào)廢量也在不斷增多。根據(jù)筆者的研究預(yù)測(cè)，國(guó)內(nèi)一些主要的廢舊家電產(chǎn)生量將在2014年突破1億多臺(tái)。如此龐大的廢舊家電報(bào)廢量，給當(dāng)前中國(guó)的自然環(huán)境帶了影響，，引發(fā)了筆者對(duì)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的思考。 通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)廢舊家電回收體系的系統(tǒng)研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)廢舊家電回收市場(chǎng)體系尚未形成，處于一種無序混亂的狀態(tài)。本文正是結(jié)合了上述研究情況，嘗試對(duì)廢舊家電回收體系進(jìn)行研究。本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)廢舊家電回收市場(chǎng)之后，對(duì)廢舊家電回收環(huán)節(jié)的各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地介紹，初步設(shè)計(jì)了廢舊家電回收物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，并據(jù)此構(gòu)建了循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)下廢舊家電回收體系模型。該模型所設(shè)定的變量貼合實(shí)際，將對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)廢舊家電回收企業(yè)科學(xué)、合理地布局回收物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供有益參考。 針對(duì)研究過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的國(guó)內(nèi)廢舊家電回收市場(chǎng)存在的問題，本文結(jié)合研究成果提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策：1）經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)與非經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)相結(jié)合；2）運(yùn)用循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理念設(shè)計(jì)家電產(chǎn)品，使用新材料；3）創(chuàng)新廢舊家電回收渠道；4）重視對(duì)家電產(chǎn)品回收技術(shù)的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:China has already ushered in the peak period of scrapping old household appliances, and the amount of discarded household appliances is increasing every year. According to the author's research, the production of some major used household appliances in China will exceed 100 million units in 2014. Such a huge amount of scrapped household appliances has influenced the natural environment of China and caused the author to think about the development of circular economy. Through the systematic research on the recycling system of domestic used household appliances, it is found that the domestic recycling market system of used household appliances has not been formed yet, and is in a state of disorder. Based on the above research, this paper tries to study the recycling system of used household appliances. After analyzing the domestic recycling market of waste home appliances, this paper introduces in detail each node of the recycling link of waste home appliances, and preliminarily designs the logistics network structure of recycling waste home appliances. Based on this, the recycling system model of waste household appliances is constructed. The variables set by the model are practical and will provide a useful reference for domestic waste appliance recovery enterprises scientifically and rationally layout of recycling logistics network. In view of the problems found in the domestic recycling market of used household appliances in the course of the research, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures: 1) combining economic incentives with non-economic incentives (2) designing household appliances with the concept of circular economy. Using the new material No. 3) innovating the recycling channel of used household appliances. 4) paying attention to the development of recycling technology for household appliances.
