【摘要】：緊湊城市是可持續(xù)發(fā)展背景下對城市發(fā)展模式的新探索。其土地利用理念及原則包括:土地集約利用和多功能復(fù)合利用;堅持公共交通主導(dǎo)下的土地開發(fā)利用;秉持人性化的土地利用尺度;始終以節(jié)約土地、保護(hù)農(nóng)耕地和綠地為宗旨,這些既是緊湊城市構(gòu)成的核心價值原則,也是緊湊城市建設(shè)不可缺少的重要手段和方法。
[Abstract]:Compact city is a new exploration of urban development model in the context of sustainable development. Its land use concepts and principles include: intensive use of land and multifunctional complex use; adhere to public transport led land development and utilization; adhere to the human scale of land use; always to save land, The aim of protecting agricultural land and green space is not only the core value principle of compact city formation, but also an indispensable means and method of compact city construction.
