【摘要】：為應(yīng)對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，作為市場(chǎng)主體的中小物流企業(yè)逐漸走上物流聯(lián)盟的道路，但我國(guó)目前的現(xiàn)狀是有此想法的中小物流企業(yè)較多，成立的聯(lián)盟卻不多，成功的更少，這其中聯(lián)盟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成為左右物流聯(lián)盟成功與否的最重要因素。 本文研究的重點(diǎn)是對(duì)中小物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別和評(píng)價(jià)，通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系，并結(jié)合實(shí)證研究深入探討聯(lián)盟所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響。文章首先以相關(guān)理論為依據(jù)，分析了中小物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)生原因，總結(jié)了聯(lián)盟的總體特征，以及不同聯(lián)盟類型所對(duì)應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征。然后從聯(lián)盟運(yùn)行的階段和周期角度，，分析了中小物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟不同階段所面臨的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生因素。之后以AHP-F隸屬度合成法為主要方法，結(jié)合實(shí)證研究構(gòu)建聯(lián)盟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)多層指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后分析了聯(lián)盟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控機(jī)制的建設(shè)，從聯(lián)盟組建初創(chuàng)階段、成長(zhǎng)與成熟階段、重組階段方面提出建設(shè)意見。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the fierce market competition, the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, as the main body of the market, are gradually taking the road of logistics alliance, but the present situation of our country is that there are many small and medium-sized logistics enterprises with this idea, but there are few alliances and fewer successful ones.Among these, alliance risk becomes the most important factor to determine the success of logistics alliance.This paper focuses on the identification and evaluation of alliance risk of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, constructs an evaluation system through risk identification, and probes into the impact of alliance risk on the risk through empirical research.Based on the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the causes of alliance risk of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, summarizes the overall characteristics of alliance and the corresponding risk characteristics of different types of alliance.Then from the point of view of the stage and cycle of alliance operation, this paper analyzes the main risks and risk factors in different stages of alliance of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Based on the AHP-F membership synthesis method and empirical research, this paper constructs a multi-level index evaluation system and evaluation model of alliance risk.Finally, the paper analyzes the construction of the alliance risk prevention and control mechanism, and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of the initial stage of alliance formation, the stage of growth and maturity, and the stage of reorganization.
