【摘要】：近年來隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展，服裝零售業(yè)逐步細分，，出現(xiàn)了一支以“快”為特點的新的分支，其最大的理念是以最快的速度將最新的設計理念銷售給顧客，其中ZARA是這個分支的典型代表之一。 作為世界最大的時裝零售公司之一，ZARA在全球78個國家擁有5000多個門店。ZARA涉足中國業(yè)務已有7年左右的歷史，目前已在53個城市設有直營店鋪，隨著這一快速發(fā)展，其在中國設立配送中心的需求逐漸凸顯。 本文對ZARA公司的業(yè)務模式進行了介紹，并且描述了ZARA對配送中心選址需求，結合了ZARA公司的企業(yè)實際需求對標準的P-中值選址模型進行創(chuàng)新改進，考慮了不同運輸方式并存的模式，建立了適用于ZARA公司的改進的P-中值選址模型。為了求解模型，本文運用了貪婪取走啟發(fā)式算法，編寫了VBA程序，得到了適用于ZARA公司的配送中心選址方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the clothing retail industry has gradually broken down, and a new branch characterized by "fast" has emerged. Its biggest idea is to sell the latest design ideas to customers at the fastest speed.ZARA is one of the typical representatives of this branch.As one of the world's largest fashion retail companies, Zara has more than 5000 stores in 78 countries in the world. Zara has been involved in China for about 7 years. Now it has established direct stores in 53 cities, with this rapid development.The demand for setting up distribution centers in China has gradually become prominent.This paper introduces the business model of ZARA Company, describes the demand of ZARA for distribution center location, and combines the actual needs of ZARA Company to innovate and improve the standard P- median location model.Considering the coexistence of different transportation modes, an improved P- median location model for ZARA is established.In order to solve the model, this paper applies the greedy heuristic algorithm, compiles the VBA program, and obtains the distribution center location scheme suitable for ZARA company.
