【摘要】：我國(guó)高�？蒲谐晒�如何向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)要素成功轉(zhuǎn)化是我國(guó)各大高校及其下屬研究院普遍關(guān)注的重大問題。從我國(guó)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),論述和分析了當(dāng)前高�？蒲谐晒�轉(zhuǎn)化過程及其存在的明顯問題,明確指出:高�？蒲谐晒�工程化創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用開發(fā)是科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程中重要而關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)高�？蒲谐晒�工程化創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用開發(fā)的目標(biāo),高校需要克服科研團(tuán)隊(duì)中當(dāng)前存在的明顯問題,培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn)來自不同學(xué)科、不同高校和不同國(guó)家的工程化創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用開發(fā)人才,以團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)目標(biāo)和工程化創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用開發(fā)為依據(jù)構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新型科研成果工程化應(yīng)用團(tuán)隊(duì)。這有利于發(fā)展和豐富我國(guó)高�？蒲嘘�(duì)伍,有利于完善高校科研成果向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的成功轉(zhuǎn)化環(huán)節(jié),有利于發(fā)揮高�？蒲谐晒�引領(lǐng)和促進(jìn)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的社會(huì)服務(wù)功能。
[Abstract]:How to successfully transform the scientific research achievements of Chinese universities into market economy elements is a major issue that is of general concern to the major universities and their affiliated academies in our country. Starting from the present situation of the scientific research teams in our universities and colleges, This paper discusses and analyzes the process of transformation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities and its obvious problems. It is clearly pointed out that the application and development of engineering innovative application of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities is an important and key link in the process of transformation of scientific research achievements. Colleges and universities need to overcome the obvious problems existing in the scientific research team, train and introduce talents from different disciplines, universities and countries. Based on the goal of team building and the development of innovative application in engineering, the engineering application team of innovative scientific research achievements is constructed, which is conducive to the development and enrichment of the scientific research team in colleges and universities in China. It is beneficial to perfect the successful transformation link of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities to market economy elements, and to give full play to the social service function of our socialist market economy guided by the scientific research achievements of colleges and universities.
