【摘要】:高等教育作為一種重要的公共產(chǎn)品,是社會(huì)資源分配的重要調(diào)節(jié)器,公平與否意義重大。20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),我國(guó)高等教育實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,步入了大眾化的階段,取得了巨大的成績(jī)。然而,高等教育資源依然不能滿足社會(huì)需求,在入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)、受教育的過(guò)程及結(jié)果方面均存在不公平,并且還有不斷加劇的趨勢(shì),逐漸成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。1971年,羅爾斯正義原則提出,,一石激起千層浪,引起了各方關(guān)于社會(huì)正義問(wèn)題的廣泛討論。鑒于此,在羅爾斯正義論視閾下,對(duì)我國(guó)目前高等教育公平相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,并提出對(duì)策和措施,對(duì)于推動(dòng)我國(guó)高等教育健康發(fā)展、促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)都具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在羅爾斯正義原則視閾下對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育公平問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)全面的分析,并提出了對(duì)策。論文共六部分。第一部分緒論,主要論述了研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出了本文的研究方法。第二部分從羅爾斯正義原則的提出、涵義、評(píng)析三方面對(duì)羅爾斯正義原則進(jìn)行了論述。第三部分主要對(duì)公平、教育公平、高等教育公平相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。第四部分現(xiàn)象描述。從高等教育的起點(diǎn)、過(guò)程、結(jié)果三個(gè)方面,總結(jié)了我國(guó)高等教育中存在的諸多不公平現(xiàn)象。第五部分原因分析。從基礎(chǔ)教育階段、高考招生錄取制度、教育資源配置、家庭與階層差距、性別、收費(fèi)制度等六個(gè)方面分析了影響高等教育公平的因素。第六部分對(duì)策。依據(jù)羅爾斯正義原則,從提高我國(guó)高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會(huì)均等程度、強(qiáng)化政府的主導(dǎo)責(zé)任、完善收費(fèi)和資助制度,抑制因客觀因素導(dǎo)致的不公平、促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育中的性別公平四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入的論述,提出了促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育公平的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Higher education, as an important public product, is an important regulator for the distribution of social resources. Since the 1990s, the higher education of our country has realized the development by leaps and bounds and stepped into the stage of popularization. Great achievements have been made. However, the resources of higher education still fail to meet the needs of society, are unfair in terms of access to education, the process and outcome of education, and there is a growing trend, Gradually becoming the focus of attention. In 1971, the Rawls principle of justice proposed that one stone stirred up a thousand waves, which caused extensive discussions on the issue of social justice. In view of this, under the perspective of Rawls' theory of justice, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study deeply the related problems of higher education equity in our country at present and put forward countermeasures and measures to promote the healthy development of higher education in China and the smooth realization of socialist harmonious society. This paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the fairness of higher education in China from the perspective of Rawls' justice principle, and puts forward some countermeasures. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research. The second part discusses Rawls' principle of justice from three aspects: the justice principle of Rawls, the equity of education, and the principle of justice in education. The fourth part describes the phenomenon from the starting point, the process, the result of higher education. This paper summarizes many unfair phenomena in higher education in China. The fifth part analyzes the reasons. From the stage of basic education, the enrollment system of college entrance examination, the allocation of educational resources, the gap between family and class, gender, In the sixth part, according to Rawls' principle of justice, the author analyzes the factors that affect the fairness of higher education from six aspects, such as improving the degree of equal access to higher education and strengthening the leading responsibility of the government. This paper makes a deep discussion on four aspects of perfecting the system of charging and subsidizing, restraining the unfairness caused by objective factors, and promoting the gender equity in higher education of our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the fairness of higher education in our country.
