互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用、自我認(rèn)同與青少年心理健康
[Abstract]:The Internet has penetrated into every aspect of people's daily life, and has brought extensive and far-reaching influence to the society and individuals, especially the young people who are in the critical period of their life. This phenomenon has led to a large number of psychological studies on the relationship between Internet use and mental health of adolescents. However, due to the high complexity of the research object and the limitation of various factors, a large number of researchers have come to a lot of mutually opposite conclusions, even the same researchers in different periods of the research conclusions are also self-contradictory. At the same time, self-identity theory and related studies point out that self-identity (the sense ofself-identity constitutes an aspect of optimal psychological function. The function of self-identity determines that it can affect the mental health of adolescents, and the state of self-identity is positively related to the level of individual mental health. In addition, the existing studies also found that the influence of Internet use on the mental health of adolescents may be different due to different factors such as purpose and way, time of use and degree of involvement. According to the above theory and research results, the reason why Internet use has different effects on adolescents' mental health may lie in the following two aspects. First, the effect of Internet use on adolescent mental health is regulated by adolescent self-identity. Secondly, the different time length, different purpose and way and different involvement degree of Internet use may have different influence on adolescent's mental health. In this study, 359 Internet users from junior middle school, high school and vocational high school were selected as subjects, and the interaction among Internet use, self-identity and adolescent mental health was preliminarily discussed. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Internet age and Internet time have a significant predictive effect on Internet involvement. 2. Internet involvement has a significant negative predictive effect on adolescent self-identity. 3. Internet involvement has a significant and direct negative predictive effect on the overall well-being of adolescents' mental health. However, it has a significant indirect negative predictive effect on the mental health level of adolescents by reducing their self-identity. 4. Self-identity has a significant negative predictive effect on Internet involvement, which weakens the negative predictive effect of Internet involvement on adolescents' mental health. 5. The use of the Internet for entertainment purposes has the most powerful and extensive negative effects on the mental health of adolescents, while the use of the Internet for social purposes has a negative impact on some aspects of the mental health of adolescents. The use of the Internet has no negative impact on the mental health of adolescents.
