初中生學(xué)業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感、情緒彈性的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:初中生的學(xué)業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題一直困惑著廣大教師和家長(zhǎng),也是目前我們基礎(chǔ)教育實(shí)踐中急需解決的一大嚴(yán)峻難題。本研究從情緒彈性和自我效能感角度出發(fā)為分析初中生學(xué)業(yè)倦怠問(wèn)題尋找新的突破口,希望能為今后的基礎(chǔ)教育研究提供數(shù)據(jù)資料和理論支持,尤其是關(guān)于初中生群體情緒彈性現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析能夠?yàn)閲?guó)內(nèi)的情緒彈性領(lǐng)域研究做一些補(bǔ)充。本研究以820名初中生為研究對(duì)象,采用青少年情緒彈性量表、一般自我效能感量表和中學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)倦怠量表來(lái)調(diào)查初中生群體的情緒彈性、自我效能感和學(xué)業(yè)倦怠三個(gè)方面的心理現(xiàn)狀。從初中生自身的內(nèi)在心理特點(diǎn)出發(fā),以文獻(xiàn)分析法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,個(gè)案分析法分析了各種心理和行為特點(diǎn)在人口學(xué)變量上存在的不同程度的差異及成因,并因此針對(duì)目前初中生學(xué)業(yè)倦怠、自我效能感及情緒彈性的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題提出具有實(shí)際意義的建議和對(duì)策。研究得出了以下主要結(jié)淪:第一,初中生情緒彈性在性別和生源地變量上存在顯著差異。女生的情緒彈性要顯著低于男生,農(nóng)村學(xué)生的情緒彈性顯著低于城鎮(zhèn)學(xué)生。第二,初中生情緒彈性及其各維度與學(xué)業(yè)倦怠及其各維度均呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);情緒彈性及其各維度與自我效能感呈顯著正相關(guān);自我效能感與學(xué)業(yè)倦怠及其各維度均呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。第三,初中生情緒彈性對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)倦怠有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用;情緒彈性對(duì)自我效能感有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;自我效能感對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)倦怠有顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用。自我效能感在情緒彈性與學(xué)業(yè)倦怠之間起到了部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The problem of academic burnout of junior high school students has been puzzling teachers and parents, and it is also a serious problem that needs to be solved in the practice of basic education. From the perspective of emotional elasticity and self-efficacy, this study seeks a new breakthrough for the analysis of academic burnout of junior high school students, hoping to provide data and theoretical support for future basic education research. Especially, the investigation and analysis on emotional elasticity of junior high school students can supplement the research in the field of emotional elasticity in China. In this study, 820 junior high school students were selected to investigate the emotional elasticity of junior high school students by using the Adolescent emotional elasticity scale, the General Self-efficacy scale and the Middle School students' academic Burnout scale. Self-efficacy and academic burnout. Based on the inherent psychological characteristics of junior high school students, this paper analyzes the differences and causes of various psychological and behavioral characteristics in demographic variables by means of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and case analysis. Therefore, some practical suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of academic burnout, self-efficacy and emotional elasticity of junior high school students. The main conclusions are as follows: first, there are significant differences in emotional elasticity of junior high school students in gender and geographical variables. The emotional elasticity of girls was significantly lower than that of boys, and that of rural students was significantly lower than that of urban students. Second, there is a significant negative correlation between emotional elasticity and its dimensions and academic burnout and its dimensions, and there is a significant positive correlation between emotional elasticity and self-efficacy. There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and academic burnout and its dimensions. Thirdly, emotional elasticity has a significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout; emotional elasticity has a significant positive predictive effect on self-efficacy; Self-efficacy has a significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout. Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between emotional elasticity and academic burnout.
