【摘要】：教師是教育的核心,教師的素質對教育的質量和效果有重要的影響,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展在教育中扮演著重要的角色,也是教育領域一直關注的問題。隨著網絡的普及、信息技術的發(fā)展,網絡研修以跨時空、交互性、共享性、便捷性等獨特優(yōu)勢成為促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的有效途徑之一。在網絡研修中,教師借助網絡研修平臺,與其他教師形成學習共同體,彼此之間進行溝通、交流,在交互中實現知識傳遞、資源共享。教師之間的交互是網絡研修的關鍵,是網絡研修得以開展的必要條件。在網絡研修中,教師之間相互聯系,形成錯綜復雜的關系網絡。通過關系網絡,可以了解網絡學習共同體中教師之間交互行為的特點,發(fā)現網絡研修中教師交互存在的問題,并針對問題提出相應的建議以改善當前的交互狀態(tài),從而使網絡研修更好地發(fā)揮作用和價值,切實有效地促進教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究運用社會網絡分析方法,借助社會網絡分析軟件UCINET,對教師網絡研修過程中的交互行為進行統(tǒng)計和分析。本文首先對總體的網絡研修交互數據進行分析;然后對四次網絡研修活動中的交互數據進行分析并進行比較,進而得出網絡研修中交互的動態(tài)變化過程,最后根據分析結果找到該網絡研修中教師之間交互存在的問題并提出相應的改善建議。本文共分為七個部分,第一部分主要介紹了研究背景、國內外相關研究現狀、研究內容以及研究方法。第二部分主要對網絡研修、交互進行了概念上的界定,對社會網絡分析進行了相關介紹。第三部分對研究對象、研究案例進行介紹,對研究設計進行了闡述。第四部分主要對網絡研修中教師之間的交互數據進行統(tǒng)計、整理和分析。第五部分主要對四次交互數據進行分析和比較,找出網絡結構的動態(tài)變化規(guī)律。第六部分主要分析了網絡研修中教師社會性交互存在的問題并提出改進的建議,第七部分是對本文的總結和展望。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the core of education. The quality of teachers has an important impact on the quality and effect of education. The professional development of teachers plays an important role in education, and it is also an issue of concern in the field of education.With the popularization of the network and the development of information technology, network research has become one of the effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers because of its unique advantages such as time and space, interaction, sharing, convenience and so on.In network study, teachers form learning community with other teachers, communicate with each other, transfer knowledge and share resources in the course of interaction.The interaction between teachers is the key to the network study and the necessary condition for the network study to be carried out.In network study, teachers are connected with each other and form a complex network of relationships.Through the relational network, we can understand the characteristics of teachers' interaction behavior in the network learning community, find out the problems existing in the teachers' interaction in the network study, and put forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the current interaction state.So as to make the network study play a better role and value, and effectively promote the professional development of teachers.With the help of the social network analysis software UCINETs, this study uses the social network analysis method to analyze the interaction behavior of teachers in the course of network study.In this paper, we first analyze the interactive data of the whole network study, then analyze and compare the interactive data in the four network research activities, and then get the dynamic process of the interaction in the network study.Finally, according to the analysis results, the problems existing in the interaction between teachers in the network training are found and the corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward.This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part mainly introduces the research background, domestic and foreign related research status, research content and research methods.In the second part, the concept of network research and interaction is defined, and the analysis of social network is introduced.The third part introduces the research object, the research case and the research design.The fourth part is the statistics, collation and analysis of the interactive data between teachers in the network study.In the fifth part, we analyze and compare the four interactive data, and find out the dynamic change rule of network structure.The sixth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in teachers' social interaction and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. The seventh part is the summary and prospect of this paper.
