生態(tài)位視域下農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校的定位與發(fā)展

【摘要】:農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校是我國(guó)農(nóng)村教育的重要辦學(xué)形式之一,承載著"鄉(xiāng)村文化靈魂""教育創(chuàng)新源泉"和"和諧精神家園"等生態(tài)功能。由于長(zhǎng)期劣勢(shì)發(fā)展,農(nóng)村學(xué)校生存環(huán)境惡化、生態(tài)位失衡,無法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展需要。農(nóng)村教育發(fā)展應(yīng)回歸"以人為本"的價(jià)值原點(diǎn),鄉(xiāng)土為根、創(chuàng)新為源,促進(jìn)教育公平守護(hù)社會(huì)生態(tài),建設(shè)鄉(xiāng)村教育培育文化生態(tài),自下而上改善教育生態(tài)。當(dāng)前,應(yīng)遵循生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則,優(yōu)先扶持農(nóng)村地區(qū)、薄弱學(xué)校和弱勢(shì)群體,活化農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校辦學(xué)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村教育與鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Small-scale rural schools are one of the important forms of rural education in China. They carry the ecological functions of "soul of rural culture", "source of educational innovation" and "harmonious spiritual homeland". The development of rural education should return to the value origin of "people-oriented", the root of the local land and innovation as the source, promote the education equity to protect the social ecology, and build the cultural ecology of rural education. At present, we should follow the principle of ecological sustainable development, give priority to supporting rural areas, weak schools and vulnerable groups, activate the mechanism of running small schools in rural areas, and promote the coordinated development of rural education and rural society.
