【摘要】：目的了解徐州市城鄉(xiāng)教師職業(yè)性多發(fā)病患病狀況及其影響因素,為制定教師職業(yè)健康保護(hù)措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用自制調(diào)查表對(duì)徐州市城鄉(xiāng)826名教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用多分類Logistic回歸分析方法處理數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果在826名城鄉(xiāng)教師中,頸椎病、胃炎或潰瘍、冠心病、糖尿病患病率分別為62.95%,23.36%,4.48%和2.66%。二分類多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,頸椎病的影響因素有性別、婚姻狀況、工作忙不能照顧家庭、睡眠質(zhì)量、家庭人均年收入、每周體育鍛煉30 min次數(shù);胃炎或潰瘍的影響因素有工作忙不能照顧家庭、交通不便、睡眠質(zhì)量;冠心病的影響因素為年齡、睡眠質(zhì)量;糖尿病的影響因素為教齡、交通不便(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論徐州市城鄉(xiāng)教師職業(yè)性多發(fā)疾病的發(fā)生受多種因素影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of occupational diseases among teachers in Xuzhou city and countryside and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for making measures to protect teachers' occupational health. Methods 826 teachers in urban and rural areas of Xuzhou City were investigated with self-made questionnaire. Results the prevalence rates of cervical spondylopathy, gastritis or ulcer, coronary heart disease and diabetes in 826 urban and rural teachers were 62.95% and 2.66%, respectively. The influencing factors of cervical spondylopathy include sex, marital status, busy work, unable to take care of family, sleep quality, average annual income of family, 30 min of physical exercise per week, factors affecting gastritis or ulcers, such as busy work, unable to take care of family, and poor transportation. Sleep quality; the influencing factors of coronary heart disease were age and sleep quality; the influencing factors of diabetes mellitus were teaching years, P value of traffic inconvenience was 0.05. Conclusion the occurrence of occupational multiple diseases among teachers in urban and rural areas of Xuzhou is affected by many factors.
