【摘要】：科技創(chuàng)新是提高社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力和綜合國(guó)力的戰(zhàn)略支撐,而創(chuàng)新人才是科技創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵因素之一。國(guó)家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,迫切需要高校充分發(fā)揮人才第一資源的優(yōu)勢(shì),積極探索創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制。本文針對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,依托西安電子科技大學(xué)通信工程學(xué)院,提出了基于"四化聯(lián)動(dòng)"的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)方案,形成不斷提升學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新能力的育人模式,明確了個(gè)性化、國(guó)際化、導(dǎo)師化、多元化的拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)思路。經(jīng)過(guò)探索與實(shí)踐,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength, and innovative talents are one of the key factors of scientific and technological innovation. The national innovation-driven development strategy urgently needs colleges and universities to give full play to the advantages of the first resource of talents and actively explore the training mechanism of innovative talents. In view of the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative talents, this paper, relying on the School of Communication Engineering, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, puts forward a scheme of training innovative talents based on the "four modernizations". The training mode of students' innovation spirit and ability is formed, and the train of thought of personalization, internationalization, tutorization and diversification of innovative talents is made clear. Through exploration and practice, innovative talents training effect is remarkable.
