【摘要】：探索創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)模式與途徑,迫切需要對創(chuàng)新人才的核心要素——批判性思維進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的理論與實證研究。選取4所大學(xué)1 049名學(xué)生為樣本,從認(rèn)識論信念視角,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計分析方法對大學(xué)生批判性思維相關(guān)影響因素的效應(yīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生批判性思維發(fā)展整體水平一般,學(xué)校、年級和自我發(fā)展階段等個體特征顯著影響大學(xué)生批判性思維的發(fā)展,批判性思維養(yǎng)成的主要影響因素是大學(xué)生對簡單的知識、確定的知識和知識的權(quán)威的認(rèn)知。建議引入多元觀點(diǎn),挑戰(zhàn)大學(xué)生"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案"思維定勢;應(yīng)對知識更新的挑戰(zhàn),培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生體系化的認(rèn)知能力;打破權(quán)威定勢,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的自信心和獨(dú)立思考能力;創(chuàng)設(shè)支撐性環(huán)境,助力大學(xué)生邁向更高的認(rèn)知發(fā)展階段。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the mode and approach of cultivating innovative talents, it is urgent to make a systematic theoretical and empirical study on critical thinking, the core element of innovative talents. From the perspective of epistemological belief, a statistical analysis of the effects of the influencing factors on critical thinking of college students was carried out in 4 universities. It was found that the overall level of critical thinking development of college students was general, and that the whole level of the development of critical thinking of college students was normal. Individual characteristics such as grade and self-development stage have a significant impact on the development of critical thinking of college students. The main factors influencing the formation of critical thinking are college students' cognition of simple knowledge, definite knowledge and authority of knowledge. It is suggested to introduce multiple viewpoints to challenge the "standard answer" thinking pattern of college students, to deal with the challenge of knowledge renewal, to cultivate their cognitive ability of systematization, to break the establishment of authority, and to cultivate their self-confidence and independent thinking ability. Create supportive environment to help college students to move towards a higher stage of cognitive development.
