大學(xué)生健康素養(yǎng)與應(yīng)用移動(dòng)終端獲取健康知識(shí)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的了解大學(xué)生健康素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及其與應(yīng)用移動(dòng)終端獲取健康知識(shí)的關(guān)系,為數(shù)字化健康傳播環(huán)境下大學(xué)生健康教育策略的制定提供參考。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取南京市部分高校的1 949名學(xué)生,對(duì)健康素養(yǎng)水平及應(yīng)用移動(dòng)終端獲取健康知識(shí)的情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)橫斷面調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生高健康素養(yǎng)者占31.3%,邊際健康素養(yǎng)者占48.9%,低健康素養(yǎng)者占19.8%;不同性別、專業(yè)、年級(jí)、父母文化程度、選修健康教育課程及參加與健康相關(guān)社會(huì)實(shí)踐的大學(xué)生健康素養(yǎng)等級(jí)構(gòu)成差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為76.893,82.697,21.154,13.377,13.678,33.856,51.819,P值均0.05)。高健康素養(yǎng)大學(xué)生中對(duì)健康知識(shí)有迫切需求的比例高于邊際和低健康素養(yǎng)大學(xué)生。高健康素養(yǎng)大學(xué)生應(yīng)用移動(dòng)終端獲取健康知識(shí)的比例高于邊際和低健康素養(yǎng)學(xué)生,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生整體健康素養(yǎng)處于邊際水平,高健康素養(yǎng)大學(xué)生較邊際和低健康素養(yǎng)大學(xué)生更多地應(yīng)用移動(dòng)終端來(lái)獲取健康知識(shí)。通過(guò)移動(dòng)終端新媒體平臺(tái)開展健康教育是值得探索的高校健康教育新途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status quo of College Students' health literacy and their relationship with the use of mobile terminal to obtain health knowledge, and to provide reference for the formulation of health education strategies for college students in the digital health communication environment. Methods a multistage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to extract 1949 students from some colleges and universities in Nanjing. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on the use of mobile terminal to obtain health knowledge. The results showed that 31.3% of the students with high health literacy, 48.9% of the marginal health literacy, 19.8% for low health literacy, and 19.8% of the people with low health literacy, different sexes, majors, grades, parents' educational level, selected health education courses and the health factors of college students participating in the health related social practice. There was a significant difference in the difference in grade composition (~2 value was 76.893,82.697,21.154,13.377,13.678,33.856,51.819, P value was 0.05). Among the high health literacy students, the proportion of health knowledge to health knowledge was higher than that of marginal and low health literacy students. The proportion of health literacy students with high health literacy was higher than that of the mobile terminal. The difference between marginal and low health literacy students is statistically significant (P value is 0.05). Conclusion the overall health literacy of college students is at the marginal level, and the college students with high health literacy have more use of mobile terminals to obtain health knowledge than the marginal and low health literacy students. It is worth exploring to carry out health education through the mobile terminal new media platform. New ways of health education in Colleges and universities.
