【摘要】：學(xué)生發(fā)展、教師發(fā)展和學(xué)校發(fā)展三者構(gòu)成了共生共榮的生命共同體。生態(tài)文化視角下的德育改進(jìn),倡導(dǎo)用學(xué)校的核心價(jià)值觀引領(lǐng)教師的專業(yè)成長;完善兼具人文情懷與科技素養(yǎng)、傳統(tǒng)美德與現(xiàn)代視野的課程生態(tài),提升學(xué)生素養(yǎng);將家庭和社區(qū)真正納入學(xué)校生態(tài)教育系統(tǒng),深化學(xué)校發(fā)展內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Student development, teacher development and school development constitute a symbiotic and prosperous life community. The improvement of moral education from the perspective of ecological culture advocates that teachers' professional growth should be guided by the core values of the school, and that the curriculum ecology with both humanistic feelings and scientific and technological qualities, traditional virtues and modern horizons should be improved to enhance students' literacy. Families and communities will be truly integrated into the school ecological education system, deepening the connotation of school development.
