【摘要】：隨著教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求激增,小課題管理的壓力日益增加,為對區(qū)域內(nèi)學(xué)校教師分散的小課題進行集中化管理,文章從構(gòu)建三級網(wǎng)絡(luò)、完善數(shù)字平臺、檢驗成果效用三方面提出策略,以有效的管理不斷提高學(xué)校教師小課題研究的效率和水平。
