農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校中的校園霸凌研究

【摘要】:在過(guò)去十多年中,農(nóng)村地區(qū)中小學(xué)布局調(diào)整是我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域發(fā)生的最為突出的變化之一,其中最顯著的特征是政府建立了大量的農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校;研究寄宿制學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、心理健康及人際關(guān)系等方面的影響具有重要的實(shí)證意義和政策價(jià)值;趦墒∥蹇h137所學(xué)校17000多名學(xué)生的抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和probit模型對(duì)農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校中的校園霸凌問(wèn)題的分析發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校中的霸凌水平高達(dá)31.5%,高于國(guó)內(nèi)城市地區(qū)的中小學(xué)校,也遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)國(guó)際平均水平;在農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校住校顯著提高了學(xué)生遭遇霸凌的可能性;言語(yǔ)威脅、肢體沖突以及人際排斥等校園霸凌現(xiàn)象在住校生中都更為常見(jiàn)。在引入家校距離作為工具變量以糾正潛在的內(nèi)生性偏誤后,研究結(jié)論依然一致。據(jù)此,當(dāng)前校園欺凌治理應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注農(nóng)村地區(qū)的寄宿制學(xué)校,努力改善寄宿學(xué)校的住宿和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生條件,確保每一所寄宿制學(xué)校都有正式、足額的生活老師和住宿管理人員,同時(shí),建立寄宿制學(xué)校校園安全問(wèn)責(zé)制度也迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the adjustment of the layout of primary and secondary schools in rural areas is one of the most prominent changes in the field of basic education in China, among which the most prominent feature is that the government has established a large number of rural boarding schools. It is of great significance and policy value to study the effects of boarding schools on students' academic achievement, mental health and interpersonal relationships. Based on a sample survey of more than 17000 students in 137 schools in two provinces and five counties, Through the analysis of descriptive statistics and probit model, it is found that the bullying level in rural boarding schools is as high as 31.5%, which is higher than that in primary and secondary schools in urban areas of China, and far higher than the international average level. In rural boarding schools, the possibility of students being bullied is significantly increased, and the bullying phenomena such as verbal threats, physical conflicts and interpersonal exclusion are more common in residential students. After introducing homeschool distance as a tool variable to correct the potential endogenous bias, the results are still consistent. Accordingly, the current management of bullying on campus should focus on boarding schools in rural areas, strive to improve the accommodation and health conditions of boarding schools, and ensure that every boarding school has a formal and adequate number of life teachers and accommodation managers. At the same time, the establishment of boarding school campus security accountability system is also imminent.
