【摘要】:隨著素質(zhì)教育日益發(fā)展,基礎(chǔ)教育改革的不斷深入,以及廣大中學(xué)生自我意識(shí)發(fā)展,自我發(fā)展能力增強(qiáng),社團(tuán)生活已逐漸成為中學(xué)生生活的重要一部分。中學(xué)社團(tuán)在培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生自我管理、培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)等方面具有重要作用,它成為促進(jìn)中學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要的渠道,如今,各種中學(xué)生社團(tuán)已成為中學(xué)校園一道亮麗的風(fēng)景。近年來,鄭州市中學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,中學(xué)社團(tuán)的學(xué)生人數(shù)越來越多,社團(tuán)活動(dòng)豐富多彩。中學(xué)生社團(tuán)被逐漸打造成校園文化的窗口、展示自我的課堂、張揚(yáng)個(gè)性的舞臺(tái)!但由于種種原因,很多因素制約了中學(xué)社團(tuán)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。針對(duì)這一問題,筆者根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的研究,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、日常觀察、問卷調(diào)查、座談訪談、比較研究等方法,從鄭州市中學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā),努力展現(xiàn)鄭州市中學(xué)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的真實(shí)情況,分析和總結(jié)鄭州市中學(xué)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)存在的問題,并分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因。提出了一些可以幫助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng)的改進(jìn)中學(xué)社團(tuán)發(fā)展的建議,希望能為鄭州市中學(xué)社團(tuán)的健康發(fā)展提供參考,并以此作為中學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展研究的借鑒,以便于加強(qiáng)對(duì)中學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality education, the deepening of the reform of basic education, and the development of self-consciousness and self-development ability of middle school students, the community life has gradually become an important part of the life of middle school students. The middle school community plays an important role in cultivating middle school students' self-management and their comprehensive quality. It has become an important channel to promote the all-round development of middle school students. All kinds of middle school students' associations have become a beautiful scenery on the campus of middle school. In recent years, the Zhengzhou middle school student association develops the momentum well, the middle school association student number is more and more, the community activity is rich and colorful. Middle school students' associations are gradually made into the window of campus culture, showing their own classroom, spreading the stage of personality! However, due to various reasons, many factors have restricted the healthy and sustainable development of the middle school community. In order to solve this problem, according to the existing research, through the methods of literature research, daily observation, questionnaire survey, interview and comparison, the author proceeds from the reality of the social activities of middle school students in Zhengzhou. This paper tries to show the real situation of the activities of the middle school associations in Zhengzhou, analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the activities of the associations in the middle schools of Zhengzhou, and analyzes the causes of the problems. This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of middle school associations which can help students to learn and grow, hoping to provide a reference for the healthy development of middle school associations in Zhengzhou, and as a reference for the study of the development of middle school students' associations. In order to strengthen the guidance to the activities of middle school students.
